The facility is beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained, with a large pool. The rooms are practically furnished, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen equipment is adequate. The beach can be reached either on foot in about 15 minutes or by car. Guests receive a ticket for beach access, including two loungers and an umbrella, for free. The sandy beach is stunning, miles long, and clean. There are free, secured parking spaces directly at the resort. For stays of more than three nights, a cleaning service is offered every two days, with towels changed and beds made. The surroundings are very quiet, with a nighttime quiet period starting at 10:30 PM. The Wi-Fi also worked very well. The reception is nice and accommodating, and check-in and check-out are uncomplicated. There are some excellent restaurants in Tirrenia. The accommodation is definitely recommended!

Very quiet location which we were hoping for and the staff were friendly and nice , the pool excellent and clean the cleaning ladies worked hard and provided us with extra towels. We also got checked in early and room was available had emailed the property to let them know added bonus to the start of our trip ,Matteo the manager excellent. Bikes free of charge as location a distance from beach we walked which suited us.

Only sandwiches provided after 6pm till 730 and restaurant open Thursday to Sunday we thought you could get a hot meal but that’s only at lunch times which we were out exploring all day and didn’t manage to sample through our own fault ,there are restaurants close by. Reception shuts at 6pm would be helpful to provide details incase required out of hours.

It was a small apartment, staff was “friendly” enough to let us use the golf club members pool during weekdays. The beach club was nice, however, we were only allowed chairs as far away from the water and playground as it could get. We are a family with three small children.

Misleading images, the big roundish pool and the grounds were out of bounds for “non golf club members” we got to use the square pool. Fold out bed in kitchen living room is a death trap for children. A few legs and arms got squeezed and scratched when getting in and out of bed.

This is located off a residential road. The accommodation is self-catering. It was very clean and the accommodation was very spacious for 2 people, but it would also be suitable for small families. The swimming pool is enormous, with plenty of sun beds available. It was staffed through out opening hours and was never overcrowded. The complex is gated and felt very secure. Staff were always very friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this for a relaxing holiday.

You do need a car, as its a little way from the town centre, for shopping, the beach and restaurants. The onsite restaurant was not open when we stayed.

The appartment was confortable, very clean and the kitchen was well equiped. The resort is a very calm place for a family winter holidays and is well located for visiting the coast area and the city center of Pisa.

A suggestion for improving: For the use of the kitchen it would be important to provide hand dishwashing detergent.

Rooms had everything you need. Pool area was really big and quiet. Location was close to the beach. Really recommend heading to Marina di Pisa. Staff were very nice too.

While the rooms were really nice, the whole resort does need a lick of paint and a tidy up. It could be a beautiful resort but just needs a bit of attention to bring it up to a higher standard.

We loved our stay, been able to bring our dog to stay with us. Rooms were very comfortable, friendly staff, one of the pools were to dip to my kids but they allowed is to use the club pool which was better. Lovely stay!

We thought by the description that the beach was more close to the hotel, we tried walking on the first day but was to much for the kids, so had to go by car on the following days.

Lovely 2 bed apartment with patio area close to the excellent pool. Apartment has everything we needed. Matteo the manager was very accommodating. Overall an excellent accommodation for a family of 4. Recommend having a car.

The Cosmopolitan Golf and Resort is a “Hidden Gem”. I highly recommend whether you are a golfer or family seeking a nice peaceful getaway. This charming resort is conveniently located in the lovely beach town of Tirrenia. Conveniently situated in Tuscany and in close proximity to Pisa, Cinque Terre, Lucca and Florence. (Don’t forget to see the Leonardo Da Vinci museum) The apartment style accommodations are affordable, very comfortable and offer the option of a stove top, mid sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. A bonus for American travelers! The Air Conditioning is the best I have experienced in Italy. That includes at 5 star locations! The resort offers an Olympic sized pool along with beach access at a private beach. The beach is either a short drive or bike ride away. The resort offers rental bikes and a grocery store is just a short walk away. The golf course is well-maintained and very challenging. It offers lots of water hazards and requires strategic shot making to have a good round. Affordable golf packages are available. The bar and restaurant are great and the view of the course from the bar and restaurant is fantastic! The golf shop is well appointed and offers a nice selection of shirts to add to your collection. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Veronica Marianelli, the COO, and her staff are top rate.
