The first thing you see when you enter the property is a poster that proclaims “everybody is welcome here” and truly, you feel it. Elodie is lovely, welcoming and has a personality-filled property while it remains spotless and incredibly well presented. It is the nicest b&b I have ever stayed in. My room was large, with private bathroom, just off the kitchen but I wasn’t once disturbed by other guests. She has local recommendations for dinner (definitely get to La Rustica!) and the kitchen is well stocked for light refreshments. It’s directly on the beach, which was so quiet and peaceful that I spent hours simply sitting and watching the world go by. It is easy to get to via the 10/20 bus from Pisa Centrale.

everything was beyond our expectations, the room was very clean and beautiful, equipped with air conditioning, it was perfect for 7 summer nights, the owner of the hotel was very kind, she provided us with a free beach umbrella for the entire holiday period, the kitchen is equipped and you can always drink coffee and tea, at the entrance to the hotel there is also a super cute cafe, marina di pisa a was beyond our expectations, thank you Anne Marie and see you next time! Everything was heavenly. Elodie is an amazing host she helped us with everything even for finding a ride to go to the airport after our stay. The B&B was at an amazing location where once you opened the door to go outside, the soothing chill music of the cafe nearby and the sound of waves would hit you. The beach is just across the road, the room was clean and nice. We stayed only 2 nights and wished we stayed more. It was a perfect place to end our 10 day holiday in Italy.

We loved everything about the apartment. Everything was super clean, a nice little garden to hang out was there as well as a small and pretty common area to drink coffee or just relax. You open the door and are directly at the beach. We had a wonderful time! Thanks a lot!

Its nice and peaceful location next to sea and one of the best cafe!! Room was pretty good, clean and all the necessary facilities were in place. Owner is really kind and helpful lady, we stuck in pisa due to public transport strike however she specially came to pickup us to commute back to the hotel. Glade to stayed in B&B..

The property was modern and well kept, rooms clean and communal kitchen well stocked and lovely to enjoy breakfast/dinner in. The property was also very conveniently located for shops, restaurants and bars. And right on the beachfront for lovely walks along the shore.

Right on the sea front, beside a small but friendly cafe/bar. Good transport links. Elodi, the host was fabulous, friendly and welcoming and was able to answer questions about transport into Pisa. Room was compact but had all the facilities we required. It was an ideal base for us to explore Florence, Lucca and Pisa! Highly recommended!

The property was small and very cosy, we had the ground floor (2 double rooms) basically for ourselves including the kitchen and the small garden. Our hostess was very helpful and supported us with ordering taxi service. We can really recommend this B&B.

Everything was good except the breakfast, everything was sweet in the breakfast. I prefer eggs, sausage, bread, cheese and ham. I recommend that you change the breakfast or have the option of making a reservation without breakfast.

We loved all, the friendliness and the hospitality. Great breakfast. Spectacular location with the beach next door, bus stop to pisa very close. It was divine. We were treated very well.
