Hotel Staff was available and helpful at all times. The rooms layout was good and all necessities for a holiday at the beach where available. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Tickets can be bought at the small shop in the city center. The nearest free beach we could find was at Bagno degli Americani about 1km from the hotel. The hotel offers a deal where you can get a place at bagno Paradiso starting from 4,50€ per day, 310m from the hotel.

The way by feet to the city center is a bit far by feet. But the offered free bicycle lending compensates partially for this. Not related to directly to the hotel, but nearly all beaches in Tirrenia are private and you have to pay for access.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Friendly and helpul staff and very tasty breakfast.

My room was close to the stairs so it was quite noisy.

The place is very clean and pretty. Nice furniture, nice tiles..... Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, my room was facing the street with lots of noise and traffic, also at the lido there was party music really loud till late, I wasn't able to sleep half of the night. Just too noisy - what a pity, because it's really pretty there.

A bit noisy as very close to main street and the room was very small and basic....the AC was pre set and switched off during the night which didn't make for a good night's sleep. A bit expensive for what you got...

Good location, beach is close, but it’s a bit far from city centre with all the cafés and restaurants. Hotel has its private parking and it’s great. Breakfast is great, recommend to include one: they have eggs, yogurts, bread, cheese and meat. Balcony is nice.

I think rooms should be renovated. For this kind of room it was a bit overpriced(but I must mention that we were visiting in July, so maybe the price was this due to the demand)

Very friendly and helpful owners, very cosy atmosphere. Close to the beach and equal walking distance to both Marina Di Pisa and Tirrenia

Beautiful hotel we only stayed one night as early flight in the morning but the owners were so lovely and helpful we left at 7.30am they sorted taxis and a lovley coffee before we left highly recommended

the place is in a really good location, everyone in this hotel was super friendly and nice, they make you feel more than welcome.

Lovely hotel staff, great breakfast, very cosy and really close to the beach!
