B&B Island Vista Mare is in a perfect location and the room did indeed have a wonderful sea view! It was a large and comfortable room with a great shower.

The staff is only there for check-in and breakfasts. That was fine, but just not what we expected; it was more of an AirBNB than a B&B. It would have been nice to have a bit more info on what was open in town off season, for example, or someone to ask those sort of questions of.

The B&B is in an amazing location, I had a breathtaking vista of the sea and the castle from my room. The room is really comfortable and well equipped with coffee and tea. Communication was smooth, staff was super nice, the breakfast was delicious.

Found this to be a perfect location for visiting Tropea - just on the edge of the old town but with street parking nearby. Our room had a sea view, was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also a decent size, especially the shower, with good hot water and a great rainfall shower head. The bed was comfortable. The room had A/C (which we needed for heat in mid-November at night), extra blanket, fridge, kettle and espresso machine. The host was great, meeting us outside and directing us to a free parking spot across the street. There are only four rooms so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Breakfast buffet was nice: croissants, sliced meats and cheese, yogurt, juice and some sweets. Very nice stay!

We were the last guests to eat breakfast and it was picked over pretty good - no more of the fresh fruit left.

Great location. Had everything you needed in the room.

This is a wonderful B&B in an incredible location in Tropea with good value for money. We stayed in the double room with the Patio, which was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was huge and the shower was amazing. There was a good size patio with some chairs if you fancied sitting outside. The B&B is located right next to the steps leading down to the beach and was only a short walk into the old town for drinks and dinner. Breakfast in the morning was well presented and had a good selection of fruits, pastries and yoghurt. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing we weren't fond of were the pillows in the bedroom as they were quite hard, however this may be down to personal preference :)

Breakfast was fresh and varied. It was more than we could eat, (but we did)! We parked right across the street and the old town was also right across the street.

Location was amazing

When you leave and take your key, the power goes off - this is great for the environment, however, every time we returned the fridge was t cold. I have medication that requires refrigeration. So that is the only thing I would recommend- ensure electricity to the fridge is on whilst guests are staying.

Incredible wiew, position top, totally in the centre, a few steps from the beaches, restaurants, everything. Paking in front of the B&B , public. We had breakfast in our room , in front of the great wiew , overlooking the sea.

Everything was perfect, I would suggest better variety of breakfast. ( some local products, and fresh baked bread.) 👌

Everything - we could see Stromboli from the hotel room, parking was on the other side of the road, the town centre was within walking distance, breakfast was overabundant
