The view from the terrace is stunning! You can greet sunrise and meet sunset, see a Stromboli island, and endless Tyrrhenian Sea changing its colors. The location of the apartment is very convenient: right by the stairs to the beach; just a few minutes walk to the center; with plenty of cafes, restaurants, a nice pasticceria and minimarket closeby; about 15 minutes walk to the train station. Maurizio was very responsive via WhatsApp, as well as gave recommendations on good restaurants. A complementary bottle of wine along with various snacks were much appreciated while consumed on the terrace with this beautiful view. Enjoyed my stay in Tropea at Le Tolde del Corallone!

Maurizio’s apartments are perfect, spotlessly clean, great Air Conditioning and a very comfortable bed. All facilities worked brilliantly. Maurizio and his daughter were both VERY helpful, recommending restaurants, places to go and things to see. The location is the real selling point, the apartment is very central with shops, bars and restaurants minutes away and its next to the viewing point for THAT view - incredible. I travelled from Lamezia which was very easy - a 40minute train to Tropea then a 10min walk, simple! Thank you Maurizio & Martina, I didn’t want to leave :)

We had a warm and personal welcome and tour of our booking by the hosts, they helped with our luggage, presented us with a gift and showed us where to safely park. This was our best accommodation experience so far after travelling 3 weeks all over Italy. The host even helped us with multiple excellent restaurant recommendations and a boat excursion- 👌🏻🇮🇹 loved this accommodation!

Can’t say anything bad

Extremely comfortable bed, great view, excellent air conditioning - overall great room. Maurice was fantastic and really made our stay. He pre-booked our beach club days and self-drive boat which was all great experiences. He had great recommendations for local restaurants also. Towards the end of a long trip it was really great to have someone to advise and arrange these for us.

As advertised, there are stairs and they are quite steep and narrow. We managed them fine with our large suitcases but something to be mindful of if you struggle with stairs.

Excellent location, very central and with a magnificent view of the sea and the Sanctuary The room with all the amenities (even to cook and eat there). We were received with a fine selection of regional food and wine. The wiffi worked very well at all times. We want to highlight the dedicated attention of Maurizio, who guided us with very good recommendations of restaurants and also helped us a lot to manage our transfers. He was always attentive to respond immediately to any need. Highly recommended, we would go again, willing to pay the cost of a room with sea view (we didn't and we think it would have been worth it).

Even before our arrival, the staff was wonderful communicating with us on WhatsApp, sending a map how to get to the apartment from the station etc. When we reached the place, two ladies were waiting for us and helped us carry the luggage up the stairs. Upstairs, we were greeted by unexpected welcome gifts - a bottle of really good wine and a basket of food products typical for the area. Throughout the stay, Maurizio kept making sure we had everything we needed. It was also no problem to have them book a taxi for our early morning departure. The bed was big and very comfortable, the room was modern and equipped with everything we needed. I left the best for last - the balcony and the view. It was unreal! Every single sunset and sunrise was amazing, people on the nearby terrace were crowding to see the kind of view that we could leisurely watch from our balcony.

The stairs would be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Just noting this for anyone who may have a problem with that.

The apartment is luxurious, decorated in a good taste and has all the modern comfort one can dream of, with a breathtaking clifftop 180 degrees seaview (includes Stromboli and the romantic Santa Maria dell'Isola church). It has a prime location right next to the beautiful old city and also close to beaches. The kitchen is also, well equiped. At arrival, a gift basket waited for us with small bites and a bottle of wine which we enjoyed at candlelight (all provided). The host, senor Maurizio is an amazing communicator, very polite and articulate, provided us with absolutely all the details we needed for our stay: the best restaurants, how to get to the best beaches, etc and was very attentive to our needs, attentive, kind and accomodating. We had an amazing stay and would definately recommend it, 10 out 10.

Maurizio and his family are most welcoming. The apartment is just right to lay your head down and re-energize for the following day: comfortable bed, nice towels, fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location, in the heart of one of the most charming towns along the Coast of the Gods!

The narrow staircase can be a challenge but well worth the effort.

oh my god! EVERYTHING! Beach Cottage vibe with awesome modern amenities!! We were in a beautiful apartment with THE MOST GLORIOUS VIEW. But aside from the amazing view, the little kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay. I was able to cook delicious meals and eat either indoors or on the balcony. The bed was so comfortable, the shower had great pressure and hot water. Water pressure throughout was great. The windows had three settings for opening for air flow. The apartment includes options for you to dry your swimsuit. Even the smart TV welcome screen had a great menu which featured specials that you can access just by staying here. But the BEST PART about staying here is the owners. Even before I got there Maurizio was whatsapping with us and arranged our pick up from the train station, arrange the most EPIC boat tour for us and other hook ups with restaurants etc. He is so patient and he and his family were wonderful!You are utterly spoiled!!

Wasn’t an issue for us but there are stairs everywhere in Tropea including inside to get to the apartment so if you have an issue with stairs maybe ask for the room and not the apartment

This apartment has a great view and it's clean. It‘s location is close to the beach , restaurants and shops, making it the best place to travel. Also, thanks to kind and quick response and reservation for airport pickup, I finished my pleasant trip If I come to Tropea next time, I would like to visit again. best accommodation!!!
