Close to station. Easy to walk to nearby sights.Good breakfast options. Pleasant helpful staff.Easy access when reception closed. Left luggage store. Good value place to sleep and have breakfast. Small supermarket and many restaurants close by. Try the Hot Pot and the Mexican.

Got a bit confused with room 1 being 101, so practice your Italian numbers. Busses outside noisy especially of course with window open. Noise from other guests rooms. Room on small size. Not a room with a view .`Sink did not have plug so nearly got object stuck down plug hole.

The hotel was in an excellent location for the reason for my trip visiting musems, chruches, etc. There are also some very good places to eat around the hotel. Breakfast was very good, the staff were really nice and helpful, and wifi was perfect. A special thank you for allowing me to check in early on my arrival, it was much appreciated.

The bathroom was very small and the shower just too small. The door of the shower did not stay closed and would open at the smallest touch. This was unavoidable as the shower was so small that even to turn around was an art in itself. This was the only reason for not being able to give the hotel 10/10.

Location was great a short distance from the main station, and city centre with numerous cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The check in was quick and easy. The room was a decent size and very clean, with a splendid shower room. There was a nice selection of toiletries and a full minibar. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The TV was a good size with a good selection of channels. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Check out was smooth with a dedicated luggage storage room.

The wifi was spotty at best, and often didn't work at all. The only poor point of an otherwise excellent hotel.

The localisation of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the railway station, shops, restaurants and main attractions, such as the Egyptian Museum. Delicious breakfasts with a very rich choice between sweet and typical English options. A very helpful service. Good Italian coffee!

We had a room on the street with passing trams during the day and night. We felt like in the middle of the traffic jam. Due to the noise we were unable to open the window. Checking in during the night (outside working hours of the hotel reception) may seem complicated for clients, especially for those who do not speak Italian (no information about the procedure in advance, e.g. where they should look for their key).

Friendly helpful reception. Brilliant location in centre. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Excellent soundproofing. Secure parking but make sure you give your make and model of car when they message you. They had to find an alternative for us which worked very well but would not have been easy if you didn’t speak good Italian.

Access to parking is not easy as the road is quite narrow and also a tramway. Room a bit small but for a couple of nights it was ok.

There were tons of places to choose from for meals in very close proximity to this location. A parking garage was also very close to the property for us to park our rental car at. The sites we wished to see were within reasonable walking distance. The air conditioning worked extremely well (which was very nice since it was soooo hot while we were there). Breakfast was included on site and had a decent number of options.

We chose this hotel because we wanted one fairly near the station and also near to the city centre. Clean comfortable room and large enough for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Very good breakfast, plenty of choice and 2 staff to ensure that the food didn't run out.

Our room was just too hot! The energy crisis doesn't appear to have affected Italy yet and we weren't able to turn down the radiators. At night we often felt that it was just too hot to sleep comfortably.

The location is perfect and the staff are very helpful and courteous. It is a basic hotel with hood breakfast and very clean. We were in a separate building two doors away which was very recently refurbished. The room is not big, especially the shower, but has a balcony. Very clean and just right for a few days.

Would have benn good to have another chair in the room. TV only had a few stations and reception was not always good.

Fantastic location. Very close to all important points of interest. Room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with large choice of cereals, bread and cakes, juices, hams and cheeses, eggs and bacon.. All delicious! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only minus point was the size of the single beds, they were not very wide.

the location of the facility is near the Porta Nuova by 3 min walking; same other facilities like a express grocery shop and a Vodafone if you need a SIM. Besides staff were always friendly and they serve an amazing breakfast with an attentive staff that will make you any coffee you want. Furthermore the location is near to main piazzi and restaurants.

The check-in is late and the check-out early. I wanted to stayed longer at the room to rest before continue travelling but was not possible.
