The room was small but well equipped and comfortable. There was a strange smell but the weather was nice so I just opened the window. Everything else was perfect. Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, everything super clean. Very kind receptionists

It is quite strange but when I asked for an invoice I was informed that even though I paid through booking.com, the hotel did not receive money yet and I could not get my invoice. The reception promised to mail it, but it should not happen. I do not care about internal money transfer and I need to present an invoice at the company right after return.

the location was beyond fanastic!! couldnt have selected a better location. safe but mins walk away from the city centre. everything was around me and the value of money was incredible for the location i was in! i was spoilt for dining places every night. bed was comfortable and toilets were clean. Most importantly, the location. This is the only hotel I would book in again when I get to bergen. I was really fortunate this time around.

breakfast was same thing over and over again, no much variety. I also believe some dishes needed to be covered for hygiene purposes.

The staff was very nice. The room and the property it self probabaly just got renovated because it looks new, fresh and very stylish :) Every morning the offered me gluten free bread with out breakfast, after I asked for it in the first morning. The location was also perfect, very close to Porta Nuova and metro stations also.

The water pressure in the building was insane! There were time when the tap was fully open an it was just dripping. Breakfast was nice but they did not serve any vegetables which for me was very unusual and I was missing this as part of an “amazing” breakfast.

Concierge Alex was very friendly and professional, and made some excellent recommendations of local places to eat (Scannabue was great). Location was really good for us, as the shuttle bus from the Airport drops you a 3 minute walk away, and we were heading into Milan and Verona from Porta Nuova. You are on the edge of the historic centre so everything is walkable. Facilities are good without being amazing, but you get what you pay for. It's decent value for what it is.

The bed was a but soft for me (foam mattress) but wife and daughter slept well.

The cleanliness of the room, especially bathroom, was outstanding, as was the delicious breakfasts (10 euros extra, if not included with the booking) with a good choice of deliciously, moist and tasty cakes and other fare. Very close to Porta Nuova Station which was very handy for catching the shuttle coach from the airport to the hotel and back (11 euros return). Also, convenient location to walk to the centre (15 minutes) as well as getting buses/trams or the metro to anywhere. I would recommend a stay at this hotel

Very friendly and approachable staff. Proximity to the main station and city centre was fantastic. Breakfast was great and the room had everything we needed for a short stay.

Shower drain had a strong mildew odour so we tended to keep the bathroom door closed while we slept. We also had to keep our window open overnight as the A/C controls were difficult to use / didn’t work. The street was a little noisy at times given the hotel’s closeness to bars and clubs.

Beautiful, wonderfully located, cosy hotel. Ideal place to stay in capital of Piedmont. Very comfortable rooms, well equipped with all necessary amenities, clean, nice interior design. English speaking staff. There is a possibility to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out, without any additional fees.

A bit noisy in the late evenings due to residential neighbourhood but it was minor inconvenience, nothing extreme and during the night it was quiet.

The hotel is located a block away from the Portage Nuova station and a lot of public transportation. There are many cafes, bars, restaurants within walking distance. The room was on the small side, but very well appointed and it even had a nice balcony, which I didn’t use, unfortunately, due to the time of year (late December). The bathroom was also small, but it had a very nice walk-in shower. The hotel charges €7 for breakfast, which is an amazing deal. Everything at the buffet was fresh and plentiful. The young lady who took care of the breakfast room was incredibly kind and attentive. The cleaning staff always did a great job. I also found all the people at the reception to be very extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was less than 10 minutes from the main railway station in Turin. Our room was basic but adequate. Breakfast was in a small room and therefore quite busy, but with a good range of hot and cold food. Staff were friendly and very helpful with special dietary requests and directions. It was quite easy to walk into the main shopping shopping area in Turin and other destinations (such as the National Motor Museum) could be accessed from the nearby Metro.

No big complaints. Small points: TV in bedroom was small, some of the hotel decoration looked a bit tired. Nothing significant enough to spoil our stay.

Hotel Urbani is a great little hotel near the Torino Porta Nuova train station. The location is lovely and feels very safe, the neighborhood is beautiful, and the hotel itself is modern and functional. Our room was nice, and we had a relaxing stay. The staff was probably the best part of our trip: they were genuinely kind and nice. I would recommend this hotel for pleasant stays in Torino!

I feel that the bed could be more comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and blankets, but the mattress was not great (as it is at times typical in Italy, it was two twin mattresses put together, and that is not great.
