The hotel offers a parking garage for guests, which is very convenient. The modern design of the hotel is appealing and adds to the overall experience. The hotel is in close proximity to public transport, making it easy to get around. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent, ensuring a smooth check-in process. We were delighted to find real hot chocolate, which was a treat! The hotel is located just outside of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), making it easily accessible by car.

While the breakfast was good, there wasn't enough quantity for all guests. The beds were squeaky, which affected our sleep quality. Noise from other rooms was noticeable, which was a bit disruptive. The cleaning service was poor, and the room could have been cleaner.

The location is about a twenty minute walk from the city center. There is public transportation not far away. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything we asked for, including information about the city. There is a closed parking lot in the building. There are washing machines and dryers for a fee. The room is large and has a fridge.

The Parking is charged at 20 euros per day. A bit expensive in my opinion. The use of the washing machines is through an application that is a bit complex and you need to get instructions before use. The window of the room faces a common peripheral balcony.

Nice hotel/accommodation not too far from the centre. We arrived at Porta Nuova train station and walked (25 minutes), but later discovered the metro took you to within 3 minutes of the property. From Porta Nuova it was a nice 25 minute walk into town (we like walking). Hotel is shared with Student accommodation but that was not an issue for us. Breakfast was nice. the Staff were brilliant. Room was very clean - the shower was amazing! Free drink on arrival. I would recommend, certainly for the cost!

nothing - it was really good value for money!

The hotel looks really nice, it's fresh and looks perfect for young travellers. It was pretty close to the city center. Also, it's like a 10 minute walk from the main train station. I had a welcome card written by hand in the room, together with some peanuts & water. They also gave me a voucher for a free drink at their bar.

The hotel is only at the 5th and 6th floor of the building, the other levels are for students. The doors for the hallway are very noisy, you could hear everyone entering while you were in your room. No wardrobe, just a few hangers. Very uncomfortable toilet. The double bed was in fact 2 mattresses put together so in the middle there will be a gap when you sleep.

Nice place to stay, just a 15 min walk from the core city centre. The building is divided in half between the hotel guests and university students, therefore the atmosphere is very young and modern. The staff is very efficient and lovely. Good average breakfast: both sweets and salty options are available.

Just to be picky, the sink in the bathroom was pretty tiny, nothing major. At the time of our stay AC (which is centralised with the whole building) was not active, therefore we had the room quite warm (which we fixed just by keeping the window open a little to lower the temperature)

All staff was very kind. The room had everything we needed, AC was a huge plus as it was deadly hot in Torino in August. Our room was on the last floor and there was a nice common terrace to sit in the evening when the temperature was a bit more pleasant than in the day. On the ground floor, there was a common room with billiard, so kids enjoyed this as well. The bar was open and served some sandwiches and pasta till the evening, which was useful as we arrived around 9 pm. The location is also convenient - around 15 minutess on foot from the train station and 5 mins to metro to get to Museum of Auto and to old FIAT factory. Restaurants and bars nearby, open in the evening. However, I did not find any groceries or cafes around, but maybe it was all closed due to Ferragosto. It is a bit aside from historic centre, but still within walking distance 30-40 mins. A little note: the breakfast for 8 EUR/person is not much worth it, next day we took the breakfast outside.

I was travelling myself (1 adult) with 2 kids under 9 and although I asked before I made the booking, if I can reserve just a double room (and they said YES). On the arrival I was told it is not possible and that I have to upgrade for 3 beds room. OK, I upgraded, paid the difference. Then I decided to prolong the stay for an extra night. And this extra night cost around 15 EUR more than the first night after upgrade. And it was a weekday, not weekend.. Well, it does not ruin me, but it is disappointing. It was first time in my life when I prolonged for a higher price. Anyway, it was still nice and convenient place and all the stuff was very kind, but it is these little details what can spoil your mood.

Very modern and clean hotel, good location, walking distance to the city center. Big room with a nice small balcony. Even though the hotel mainly seems to be used by very young people ( there are dorms in the lower floors), the hotel rooms are at the upper floors and it was very quiet!

They put accidentally a big baby kot in my room and did not manage to get it out during my stay (also the lady at the reception told me they would take it out).

The room was ok, the bed was really comfy. Basic breakfast, no hot meal, just boiled eggs, ham, cheese, some tomatoes, fresh salad leaves and some pastry. We are not very picky, so it was ok. The coffee was good, though. EVERYWHERE in Turin. The distance to the main Turin square is about 40 min, which in a rainy day (yes, during our stay we had 3 rainy days out of total 4) is quite a long way. The staff was really helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

A strange smell in the room.

Spacious room, a bit small bathroom. Both clean. We liked a lot that the kids'room had a separate bathroom. It was quite, 25 min walking distance from downtown. It had a play area and we enjoyed playing the pool with the kids.

The breakfast could be better. It was really basic. We paid a fair amount of money to have just a few options. Bed a bit small, queen size, and mattress not very comfortable.

Friendly reception team with good recommendations concerning activities Big and clean room, comfortable bed. TV also had some German channels. Parking garages safe Fitness rooms good, washing machines available and rather cheap. Allthough including a students hotel it was rather quiet all night Quality of breakfast was good

Only a little thing: breakfast buffet was after 9:15 a bit little concerning bread and cornetti.
