I had issues with the Wi-Fi. It worked in the lobby but it didn’t work in my room

Excellent breakfast, fresh coffee, very friendly and helpful breakfast restaurant staff. Good and stable WiFi. Close to Politecnico di Torino.

The room did not look like it was advertised on booking.com: a little bit small, furniture - too old, possibly restored, kind of antique, maybe someone likes it. Although there were no problems with the water in the shower, the water pressure in the bidet was unsatisfactory - it could be said that there was practically no pressure.

We got the ‘Coffee’ room which we though was funny. The place was nice. The breakfast was in the restaurant next to the hotel and it was a basic breakfast buffet. Pretty okay In our head. The place is a bit far from the city center but 20 min away in a beautiful city is nothing! Overall a pretty good stay!

A bit more cleaning - ceiling had some dust hanging down, some old garbage from other visitors on the terrace. Nothing that can’t me quickly fixed :).

The rooms were very clean and everything was really nice.

A minor tip for futher guests could be a short intro to which buttons are connected to which lights. I figured it out quite quickly but it was not always so clear. I think a lamp needs to be fixed in the restroom and there was also a power plug coming out of the wall at the TV. But these are minor things as they didnt really affect my stay.

I stayed in room 101 located on the second floor. The room was spacious and clean albeit somewhat run down. The shower was plenty big for a large male, the water pressure and temperature was good, and the shower head could be removed. The room had blackout curtains and the window could be opened completely. The room had a mini fridge, electronic safe, decent A/C, the bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast was quite lacking in terms of options, but was included with the room and had a nice lady serving hot drinks. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay.

This is one of my favourite hotels ;-) The welcoming and very friendly and helpful staff is one of the reasons. I have stayed at the hotel before and was greeted with "welcome back" which made me feel very welcomed. Also excellent location: only 20 min walk from the centre but in a quiet area of Torino. Fab facilities all in walking distance: a small shop for water/juice is only 5 min away and a huge supermarket is withing 10 min walking distance. Lots of restaurants near by too. The icing on the cake: a lovely garden in the yard of the hotel and amazing decorated bedrooms reflecting the name of the hotel. All PERFECT ;-)

Excellent location, unique lobby, library and other spaces in the ground floor. Quirky room with nice bed. Extremely helpful and nice staff. Very unique interiors.

In otherwise very nice bathroom the water pressure was quite weak. The breakfast was not in the nice hotel lobby area, but in neighboring building, where the service was not at the same level.

Breakfast was fantastic. Great range of local cakes. Staff made an excellent decaf espresso and a hot chocolate for us. No questions just happy to support.

The venting in bathroom seemed to draw in cigarette smoke. It was fine if we kept the door shut.

The art collection exposed everywhere at the hotel is simply amazing. Worth spending time in the rooms and corridors just to admire it. The staff is super kind, helpful and professional. Rooms equipped with all needed, good breakfast

Great breakfast, fancy hall, corteous personnel. No problem getting a receit (very common these days)

No free drinking water in the room or any special comfort that I would like when spending over 100€ per night. No wifi in the room, but it should be a temporary setback
