Having upgraded our room, we were happy with the size of the room and the balcony. Nice breakfast set up, with everything you could want. I would have preferred to given a pot of coffee by a human being, rather than operating a machine, coffee was fine though.

Method of payment was complicated, presumption that I was a computer whizz kid and had an extremely smart smart phone. I went for the lowest price, and consequently we were given a room, which in my opinion, was only suitable as a single room, (213). We had to upgrade.

Amazing location, very convenient next to the Central Station and city center. Lovely old building with lots of beautiful features (the elevator is beautiful!). The staff is very friendly, the breakfast fresh and good. Even had vegan croissants! If you have soy in your diet you can just ask the batista, and they whip you a cappuccino in no time. I was allowed to store my luggage after checkout until it was time to go home. Thank you so much!

Not that they can do that much about it, but the bathroom was really crammed, for someone who is on the tall side, the shower was a struggle to get in too. (The entrance to the shower is very small) and the toilet was rather uncomfortable because of that as well.

The hotel is near and at walkable distance from Turino's Porta Nuova Station and some main attractions in Turino. The hotel looks architecturally beautiful at the lobby and well preserved with antique lift which is tricky to use. The staffs were vey helpful and polite. The rooms were small with small bathroom but good enough for 2 people. The rooms were provided with basic furniture. The breakfast was good and worth the money spent.

The rooms facing the streets get loud noises from people walking down the street and the trams running right in front of the hotel. Cigarette smokes came to the rooms when we opened the window to get some air.

I had a nice stay. The windows kept the light away very efficiently during the night. The breakfast was great! I also enjoyed eating some own snacks in the garden (there is a great gelateria almost behind the corner and I bought some pizza from the railwaystation). It's easy to walk around in the city and I got a nice map and directions from the reception.

The door of the room did not keep very well the sounds away from the corridor/stairs, so I needed my earplugs. The tramline also goes next to the hotel. There was no extra blancket available.

very good location close to station and in a good position to explore the city. Nice big bathroom and our room had a lovely view over the courtyard. The breakfast that was included in the price was an added bonus and was very generous indeed with a big variety of food on offer

Our room had a small kitchenette built in, but no kettle or any other crockery / appliances to make a cup of tea or coffee. I think the room was undergoing a renovation and will have this available in the future - but we did miss being able to make ourselves something to drink.

My room was very calm. It was simple, but very clean. Great variety of food for breakfast. The staff are helpful, but most importantly, the hotel is close to everything. The train station, the main magnificent piazzas on via Roma, the hop on hop off, the Royal Palace, restaurants and cafes. I also walked to the impressive Egyptian Museum, the Museum of the Cinema; etc I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends. Great value for money.

Great trip! Everything is within easy walking distance. I took a 45 minute bus from the airport which was €7.50 and I then took the train (Porta Nuovo) to Bologna which was a 2 min walk away. Easy to get around and the hotel was lovely and very clean. Rooms were well put together and airy with good air con. Staff were very friendly and lovely continental breakfast with good variety. Grom gelato is just round the corner too!

No fridge but not a big deal as I was only there 1 night.

The location of the hotel is Central in the morning I had to catch the bus to the airport at 5:30 a.m. the cost was only €7 50 rather than a taxi for €40 so take this into consideration when booking your hotel be close to the main station area where the buses go to the airport in the morning.

To begin with I was put into room 203 however the adjoining hotel were building and drilling into the wall next to my bed so I went down to reception and they kindly moved me to room 304 which was fabulous overlooking the main street.

Firstly, the location is fantastic. Close to the station and everything is within walking distance. Second, the staff and cleanliness cannot be faulted. Third, breakfast was good, especially the lemon cake and the smell of bacon woke me up in the morning.

The room was a little small and more basic than I expected for the price. The shower stall doors were hard to close and also small (norm in Italy) but for the taller and wider population it's a little cramped.
