The apartment (52) was very clean and comfortable. This apartment also had a washing machine and a very comfy lounge. Air con worked very well. Plenty of plates, cups, knives and forks that all matched and were of good quality. They even had a sharp knife. Our balcony was a great spot to dry the washing. Cleaning was impeccable. Reception staff were fabulous and nothing was a problem. Incredible location.

We did have an issue with water coming in during a very torrential rain event, however we just dried it up and the cleaner also came and did a further clean.

Dear Sirs, it was overall a great stay. We enjoyed the location and the room (size, decor, quiet, value for money). The comment about cleaning concerns the restroom, where obviously the cleaning wasn't accurate with various hair from previous occupiers either on sink, shower or bidet. Very clean and in the best location possible. Staff was great and the apartment cosy and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. For a worry free vacation you should reserve a parking space at the hotel , it worths every penny. 1 min on foot from a shopping street and good restaurants. We had a great vacation in Torino and I don't think that you can find another hotel to top their location /price /quality offer. Loger is the only option for us when we 'll return to Torino. Grazie for everything!!!!

The apartment was very spacious with a cosy living room for everyone to gather and watch TV / chit chat. The kitchen was also of a decent size and can comfortably sit 7 - 8 pax. The ceilings and art design made the apartment unique. The toilets were spacious as well, and there was a washing machine which was useful. It's just a short distance away from the train station.

The beds seem slightly small, even for an Asian guy. The rooms were cold at night and the heating was not great, We were by the road and noises from the street could be heard at night. Whilst waiting to check-in, one of our family members was pick pocketed as well. We did not carry our luggages up the stairs into the reception area as we were told our apartment was a short distance down the road. There were 7 of us with 7 luggages and the pick pocket opened the zip of her Samsonite haversack bag.

Absolutely wonderful. I had a lovely, spacious room with a kitchen. The room was newly renovated and full of gracious touches. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The location was two blocks from the train station with a tram station right out front. I mostly walked though, as it was right in the City Center near shops, restaurants, and the theater. Lovely piazzas around every block, warm and friendly people, Turino itself was delightful. Staying here made it moreso—5-star accommodation for an excellent price.

Great location very helpful staff and a good sized apartment. Tiny kitchen but had what you need. Decent sized lounge room with washing machine and drying rack for clothes which is so handy! Good sized lift.

Bed was a little small but typical of Italy and France. Comfortable enough although had a few bite that kind of poked into me. I’m sensitive to that sort of thing, they were toggles of some sort.

It is perfectly positioned in the city centre. The apartments are in a beautiful old building, with high ceilings and lots of marble. The room was very spacious with a small kitchenette, with everything you need for your stay. The reception was warm and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Turin.

There was nothing I didn’t like!

The apartments are ideally located in the centre just moments from the main train station and airport bus. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the accommodation was perfectly clean and well equipped. Great value for money and perfect if you like to cater for yourself sometimes instead of eating out for every meal. Highly recommended.

We found the bed on the mezzanine a little hard, but realise this is entirely subjective, and besides, there was a very comfortable sofa bed.

The apartment (we rented the 3 bedroom one without stairs) is beautifully appointed and has everything we need. It was spotless and was cleaned every day if so desired. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is great, with bars and restaurants close by and Turin’s main sights within walking distance. Parking is in a private space (but comes with a fee and needs to be reserved).

Not much to dislike! If anything, the wifi (which was good and stable) didn’t reach beyond the living room. And while there are 2 bathrooms, one has a bath but not a shower so we really used just the other one. These are very small points though in an otherwise perfect stay.

The rooms were large and very clean. This turned out to be an apart/hotel. There is a reception area within the property. The check in was easy and efficient. There is an elevator in the property. We booked 4 rooms and all 4 were great. Particularly the Executive Suite, which was a very large and comfy duplex apartment. The apartments are fully equipped and included some complementary food (coffee, tea, sugar, gummies, etc). The building was located less than 5 minutes (walking) from the train station. We highly recommend this property.
