Everything was wonderful. The staff were the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Things that stood out: 1. Staff! 2. Bread served with dinner, and coffee, both the best I’ve ever had! 3. The spa was lovely. Things to improve: 1. It would be good to have a little warmer rooms, either by a rug or throws and cushions. We had only one chair so perhaps two chairs and a small coffee table could be a good addition. 2. Toiletries: there wasn’t shampoo or conditioner, which you usually get. The reason it became an issue was that the local shops didn’t sell any hair conditioner either. We both have frizzy, tangly hair and it’s a must. Normally I pack this, but lately I’ve started using the hotel’s provided products so I was surprised there wasn’t anything and I think if the spa sold them it would be handy. 3. Usually hotels this standard have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, and an iron. It was a bit awkward using the ironing room which seemed to be a disused office. 4. We went to the opera and a shuttle back would be a useful service.

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything, really, only that to make it even better there could be some additions.

The hotel is at a good location, good to reach driving down autostrada A4. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Verona which is very useful. There is a good restaurant nearby called Il Cavolo a Merenda in case you don't want to go to the included a la carte restaurant which was a little bit expensive. The three cats at the hotel, especially Panterino the black male cat, are very cute and friendly 🥰😺 The hotel staff is always there if you have questions and offers a great pool service.

The location ,The pool was amazing!Bonus to have the shuttle bus to get in and out of Verona.All the staff were very helpful and nice,especially the dining room staff.Katrina in the morning was always very helpful and friendly .

The only downfall for me were the rooms.I haven’t been in a hotel with rooms as dated as that since the eighties a bit depressing compared to the rest of the hotel.Small TV with no English news channels .For a 4* hotel not good.

Our journey started At the airport where we were greeted by a private shuttle to the hotel. Welcomed by Christina and her colleagues. Every day we were shuttled to and from the city to connect with trains and buses to everywhere. This was a free service and saved us a lot The hotel location is perfect for connecting onwards to all of the tourist destinations. The staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent food and wines. The hotel offers great value. The Spa is a must with a Steam Followed by a mint shower We will definitely be back again and thank you.

Location. But this was overcome by the hotels free shuttle services to and from Verona

Friendly and efficient staff at check in. The room was spacious and clean. There was a pair of slippers, a towels, and spa robe to wear for the pool at no extra charge, although there was a card that said there was a small charge. The pool area is lovely. The shuttle was arranged for me to get at 7pm and take me to Verona centre. Another shuttle was booked to drop me at the airport after a nice breakfast the following morning. I think this hotel is extremely good value for money.

Nothing. My only negative was that the carpet in the corridor leading to the room was tired and could do with a professional clean. In contrast, the public areas downstairs were immaculate and tasteful. I wish I could have stayed a few nights and relaxed in the garden with its warm pool. I didn't use the indoor pool nor the gym. It is 7km from the centre of Verona and my taxi back at 1030pm was 25 euros. (The last shuttle was 730pm.)

The amenities were very nice and the suite had an amazing spa and sauna which helped enjoy privacy and comfort. The staff was very helpful, even when we had a small issue with the spa tub. We called reception and someone came fast to assist with the issue. Great service and the restaurant located in the hotel was also amazing with food and staff. Definitely recommend.

The staff. The pool. The closeness to places to visit. The wonderful meals cooked by the excellent chef and the amazing staff in the dining room. You could see they enjoyed their careers and worked hard to make sure your stay was as perfect as it could be. Absolutely FANTASTIC dining experience. Perfect. Brilliant. AMAZING

The location wasn’t ideal. Need bus or taxi to get to centre of Verona. Hotel had shuttle service 4x a day but limited places to 8 passengers No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms

The hotel was close to Verona airport. We especially liked the shuttle bus option allowing us to visit Verona city centre and upon request to take us to the airport. The 24 hour gym facility and the pool option was great too; and the restaurant on-site was splendid. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. At the front desk the attendant was helpful in helping me to plan a day visit to Venice.

Everything was well presented and the option of having daily clean towels was perfect for us.
