Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous B&B. It’s tranquil and feels more like a spa retreat. The pool is exceptional with loungers for all guests. The main building is decorated with a modern classy interior. It smells lovely! There’s air con, much needed in the summer months. The breakfast is pretty impressive. An extensive selection of warm croissants, salamis, cheese, yogurts etc. You order the day prior which I think is a great idea. Less waste and it’s all fresh. The location is close to Verona and the airport. There’s a great restaurant about a 20 min walk from the B&B. Most importantly, all the staff at the B&B are fabulous. They are welcoming and accommodating and so warm. We first travelled to lake Garda for 4 nights then came to Verona to explore the city and have a relaxing base to retreat back to. In order to enjoy Verona you and neighbouring areas a car is advised. Otherwise taxi service is approx 20 euros to the centre of Verona which was very reasonable. There’s also a train station which takes you directly to Verona in 6-8 mins. We would highly recommend this B&B to couples, families, friends and even those with young babies.

Our family were so fascinated in this hotel . Support of owners were with high level. Room is clean, comfortable,cozy, every details made with love and support about guests. Breakfast was fully and delicious. I haven’t words about their garden - perfect! Mister Owner drove on his car to bus station, he offered himself it , and it was supportably 🫶! Julie - my best wishes, helped to offer pizza for some minutes in midnight 🥹 all staff is a huge draamteam ! Our family now wants to come back next vacation exactly this place. Everything was on high level

I liked the comfy bed and fresh croissants for breakfast. The staff gave us some good recommendations for local attractions.

The process of ordering breakfast was very complicated and confusing. In the end we anyway did not get our full order and had to ask a couple of times about the missing items. There was plenty of dust under our bed despite daily cleaning. The smell of air freshener in the room was too strong and difficult to get rid of. We were served water in a bottle with black mould inside on its bottom. After pointing it out to the waitress, she just took it away without a single word of apology. There was only one baby chair available, although the owners knew that there would be two young children visiting at the same time.

Pretty much everything. The hosts were extremely gracious, The room was clean and had all necessary facilities. The B&B is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and location-wise very good as long as you have a car. Verona is easily accessible. Lots of help from the hosts regarding parking in the city and the restaurants to eat nearby. Breakfast was very good. Self check-in was easy, all instructions were very clear.

Not really a dislike, but tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been the icing on the cake. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but we were 3 adults so with the extra bed. space was at a premium. All in all we really liked our stay.

The property was really spacious and the room was super comfortable for the both of us! Location is perfect if (and only if) you have a rental car as the property is in between the historical center of Verona and Lake Garda. The pool seemed fun but unfortunately as we only stayed for 1 night we did not have time to go for a dip, but the owner was kind enough to offer us a chance to stay past our check out time if we wanted to take a dip in the pool!

Breakfast options were rather limited but still delicious nonetheless!

We loved everything about La Maggia. The pool and garden area, the breakfast, the staff, especially Ale who we used as our private taxi. Tips on where to go, such as a beautiful winery tour and ordering delicious pizzas for us. Giandro is the perfect host always making sure the guests are happy. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Everything was great, but the B & B is more accessible if you have a car.

The breakfast was very well made we were made to decide on the items of the menu in advance which i see as a sign of quality and if we requested anything else they would happily serve on the spot

The AC was not on when we arrived which is not a very big complaint to have especially when having sustainability in mind

Incredible staff and service - went above and beyond. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pool area was lovely - very quiet too. Good choice for breakfast. Close to the airport.

The location without a car wasn’t ideal but the owners were amazing and dropped us at the train station twice to help us out.

I've been travelling across Europe to Greece for fourteen years. This is my last time. I had never found anywhere in Italy that ticked all my boxes until this year! I wish I'd found this place fourteen years ago, it would have become a regular stop. Giando is really friendly and helpful and speaks good English. The room was a perfect size. Sometimes I find Italian rooms to be cavernous, cold and very sparsely furnished, not so here. It was a real gem. Lovely swimming pool area, attractive patio to watch the sunset, clean, quiet, comfortable and easy. There are lots of considerate touches including my takeaway breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone. Very convenient for an overnight before the Anek ferry from Venice to Greece. Thanks to you, Giando, and your lovely family.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Giando and family were incredibly welcoming and helpful during our visit. The b&b and garden/pool area is stunning and really well kept. The rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. Dossobuono is a nice countryside area within easy reach of Verona. We used the trains and bus into the city with no problem. I would return if I am ever in the area again. Grazie Mille!

Extra charges for towels for the pool and no kettle in the room to make own drinks.
