Nina’s was the best place to stay in Venice. Immediately she was so friendly welcoming us at check in, and gave us some amazing local tips of places to go, along with a special map! The room was really lovely, and had lots of character with everything you need, including a great coffee maker for your morning espresso, and a little extra surprise! The bathroom was lovely and really clean with everything you need. We would recommend Nina’s to anyone visiting Venice, we had a lovely time and couldn’t ask for somewhere better to stay.

Nina and her staff provided a warm welcome and excellent service. Spacious and comfortable bedroom with mini fridge, coffee and tea-making equipment, and a sweet treat each day. Spacious, private bathroom just outside the room. All kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Great location, just steps away from the Grand Canal, and opposite Stazione Santa Lucia. Tucked away on a very quiet 'Calle'. Added bonus of free luggage storage after check-out, which was really useful. I wouldn't hesitate to book again in future. Grazie mille, Ana!

Location is perfect close to train, shuttle bus and grand canal / water buses, without having to navigate Venice with cases. Very friendly helpful host Nina. Comfy bed, good air-con in room, needed as very humid and hot outside. Plenty of wardrobe space, safe in room. Easy process checking in and out. You can also use luggage storage if flying out later. We would definitely stay here again. Venice is incredible. We also got to Murano and Burano from near the train station 10 mins walk away, ideal!

Very little really… bathroom upstairs was warm but the weather was v hot. Next time we’ll be joining you in Lido lol x

Location is great minutes from train/bus station so it was just easy to check in, leave your luggage and explore Venice!

Nina is a great host, very caring and nice. She cleaned out room daily and even tough we didnt booked with breakfast she made sure we each morning got coffee, tea, fresh water and croissants or brioches. The little things matter. Also the location is very good. Literally 2 mins walk from the Santa Lucia train station or Piazzale Roma bus station. 20 min walk to Rialto bridge

Its not that we didnt like but it can be an inconvienence for some, the external bathroom. It is private and very clean tough, fresh towels daily.

Location of the property is unbeatable. Staff were really helpful and considerate. Premises were clean.

Although we knew the bathroom is private without the internal access, we did see some practical privacy issues. Placement of mirrors inside the room expose the entire room to the gallery when the room is opened - for external bath access, the room is opened several times. Hosts could consider providing bathrobes and bath slippers (even if it comes at additional costs)

The property was a very close walk from the train station, which was very convenient when we arrived in the rain. A close 5 minute walk to Campo Dei Frari. Our room was clean & the bathroom was very modern. The property was in a lovely quiet street

Bathroom was up some steep stairs, which was fine for us, but not ideal for an older couple.

The room is great, clean, comfortable, and organized. As we know, there is no breakfast, however, the room has a Lavazza coffee machine with capsules everyday as a courtesy. Besides, there was also complimentary fruits and small breads available. The host is very receptive and provided a customized map, as well as suggestions for the city. The bathroom, in our case was outside the room, however, it was PRIVATE one. The bathroom is very clean with amenities available, towels replaced on a daily basis. Both Shower & sink have (really) hot water available, and good water pressure as well. The B&B Location is very good and easy to find, nearby the Piazzale Roma and Train Station, which makes easier the arrival, doesnt matter by bus or train. We arrived by bus and took 5m walking from Piazzale Roma. We left by train, which also took 5m walking to the Stazione St. Lucia train station. The stay was quite perfect.

The room was very cozy and nice. There was a big wardrobe, 2 chairs and a small table. The woman waiting for us was super kind and friendly. She was always available for whatever question we had and always ready to give us some tips. She even left a surprise for us with some snacks and beverage in the small fridge in our room. The bathroom was located at the first floor with internal stairs, so you do not have to go out from the room.

The location was perfect from train station, easy to walk everywhere. The room & bathroom very clean and comfortable. Nina is amazing 👏 so friendly and helpful. So much information to help you get around. Gave us suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Her B & B is perfect, had breakfast on our terrace outside so quaint. Highly recommended 👌 loved it.
