The hotel was a little tricky to find but once we found it we loved it. Quiet and peaceful one night stay in Venice.

The woman who works in the hotel is very pleasant, the rooms are spacious and clean, the location of the hotel is perfect.

It is a circuitous route to get to the hotel with the instructions they gave you. You can use Google. We arrived in the pouring rain and did not realize that there was a porter service (Abdul K) that could’ve got us there more directly and without getting wet.

Brilliant location, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the whole group. The bathroom was good and the facilities were great. The staff, while minimal as the check in is done digital, was super friendly and she was lovely, friendly, and even made sure we didn’t oversleep breakfast. I would stay here again in a heart beat

It was very nice, can’t really complain. We were there during carnival so the extra noise and masses of people were expected. We were on the top floor, so distance from the hectic. The seagulls can be noisy in the morning, not the hotels fault at all, so maybe bring earplugs if your a light sleeper. The heating was also quite powerful, and it took us a bit to figure out how to turn it off.

Air conditioner was locked between 18-21°C, it is a little bit cold to sleep.

Brilliant location, not too far from bus terminal and not far from rialto bridge. I spoke to a very nice operator before my stay and she could answer my queries. We had 2 balconies with room and views of small canals. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Matress on bed was a bit hard, i would have liked a softer bed. Map with Instructions on how to find hotel was good and very necessary but the english was confusing as rights and lefts were mixed up. It felt like a literal translation from Italian, locals were able to guide us however and i used a paper map. Venice can be like a maze

Great location, very clean room with outside area, friendly staff.

The bed was a bit tough and it was a struggle to get my luggage up the stairs as there was no elevator!

Close to the train station, aprox.15 min., we had a map with instructions sent before our arrival by the hotel staff to help us get to the hotel easier. The island is a labirint and google maps is not helpful because there is no signal. Room was big, clean, also the bathroom. We could also live our luggage in a storage room. We had no problem receiving the acces code to our room before our arrival as I read on the internet.

It would have been good if we were provided with slippers.

The housekeeper Teresa was an exceptional lady who served us breakfast every morning and tidied our room. The human interaction on top of the online checkin and password access to hotel and room is most essential. It makes all the difference. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, convenient. Within walking distance to multiple attractions and water bus boarding points.

The in room safe didn’t work. Would be better to have more hooks in the bathroom.

Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean and area was very quiet. You have a supermarket, restaurants and other shops few steps away. The supermarket was 20ft from the entrance which was perfect.

This was a family trip. We had 3 rooms. What I was disappointed about and the reason why I am not going to stay here again was that Room 8, which is on the 4th floor had no refrigerator. It also has no elevator and no one told us in advance where rooms are going to be. My father is sick and can barely get up to the first floor. We couldn’t switch because other rooms were family rooms with extra beds for kids. This is the room with a balcony. Imagine during the summer with 100F outside and you have no refrigerator. When I checked with the office, they stated that room 8 doesn’t include the refrigerator. It’s a small box you plug in. Why would every other room have it and not room 8? I have this in writing and I can provide the evidence If anyone needs it.
