We arrived by train and it was an easy and flat 5-10 minute walk from the station even with heavy suitcases it was no problem. The hosts were lovely and so kind and helpful. We arrived early and they kindly let us have access to the room when we arrived. The host even took the time to sit down with us with a map and show us what to see in Verona. The room was beautifully clean with great air conditioning, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely. The location is a 5-10 minute walk into central Verona so it's great for exploring the city. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you.

It was all perfect.

I liked everything about the property. A short walk from the station and close to the Arena as well. There was everything I needed and more, like slippers, a vanity kit, a hair dryer and even a coffee machine that made perfect coffee, lemon tea and hot chocolate. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. Angela was so welcoming. I have been to Verona many times before but she told me of few more places I could visit. She even lent me a cushion and a fan to take to the opera at the Arena which I really appreciated. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I was travelling alone, so it was really lovely chatting to Angela. This was by far the best place I’ve stayed in Verona and I’m looking forward to staying there again. Everything is perfect. Our host was very warm and friendly. We felt just like at home :) Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.The location is very close to the train station, bus stops and other points of interest in the city, so you can do everything easily.Our host asked us in advance what we wanted for breakfast and we had a great breakfast. We had one day in Verona and the location of the hotel made it easy to get around. I wish we had one more day to experience more of this wonderful hospitality. Grazie 10 Minutes B&B

Unfortunately,a few days(June) prior to our stay the proprietor let us know that we could not stay where we booked as there was a plumbing issue, but put us up in an apartment one block up the street. It was clean, comfortable with good air conditioning, full kitchen and both hosts were hospitable and available. We still were provided breakfast and appreciated being met by the proprietor.

It would have helped to take the bus from the train station instead of walking, but there was construction affecting routes. There is a bus stop right where the property is.

Nicolas checked us in and provided us with useful information about where we can visit in Verona. The room was big (we picked the triple room) with a large bathroom. Angela made breakfast for us- she was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was tasty, we picked the Italian option which consisted of pastries, cakes, pies and fruits (mostly sweet option). If you do request, you are also given eggs, sausages etc. The location was great - only 10 min from the station and town.

Everything was perfect! Spacious bedroom, spacious bathroom. Luxury, very clean! Fully equipped. Good air-conditioning. Comfortable mattresses. Soft and as new towels. Free water in the fridge. Our hostess Angela, a very warm person, gave us good tips of where to eat, what to see in Verona, even gave us a map of the city. The breakfast was also very good! Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the city center. Next time in Verona, we will definitely stay there again!

Communication with the host was excellent, they allowed us to leave our bags after check out to explore more of Verona. Bathroom was very clean and the room was comfortable. We stayed for 1 night but everything was perfect. Breakfast was exceptional! We chose the Italian breakfast with bread, jam, croissants and pies. The lady makes the pies herself and she also made us a local pie whose I can't remember the name bur was very tasty. After this breakfast we ate after 6 hours.

Well I might say the location, but it not really such of a problem. It's 10 minutes on foot from the ancient city center of 5 minutes by bus, and equal distance from the train station

Comfortable apartment with coffee maker. Breakfast was on the floor above and was the best of my whole trip: cooked eggs,ham,cheese,cakes,toast,yogurt,juice and Angela served coffee. It was very personal and welcoming. .

I really dislike B&B's that are hard to find..Directions were terrible and when I called to see where it was, nobody picked up the phone. In fact, the guest house is in an apartment building which is at the very right hand end of the portico, which is on left side of the Piazzale as you face north ( with your back to the train station) But not under the portico. Up 5 steps to a glass entrance door..there a sign "B&B " on the right hand wall at the steps and the doorbell is marked with the name.

The B&B is located at the very outskirts of the centre. We walked right to the Verona arena in about 10 minutes. Claudio welcomed us and gave us a map of the centre and marked all the interesting sights to see. He was very firendly and definately a local with love for his city, which is always great. The apartment was downstairs right by the entrance to the building, while the breakfast room was in the 2nd floor. Lift is available. We had the option to chose between Italian and continental breakfast. Food was lovely and included several home made cakes and pies. The actual apartment is decent size, with one bedroom with 3 beds. Bathroom is small, but adequate. There is also a kitchen which we did not use.

The location is really good if you're coming in by train - 10 minutes walk both to the station and into Verona city centre. What really shines here is the hospitality - the b&b hostess goes above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable - from flexible options for a homecooked breakfast to little extras for the room. It felt like going back to what bed & breakfasts used to be.

Our room was very basic but comfortable. If you're looking for luxury this isn't the place for you, but it was a great stay and great value for money.
