The staff at reception were extremely accommodating. With quick responses with any questions asked before we arrived right through to the moment we left. Big shout out to Eliza at reception for all she helped us with. The room was huge, and there was plenty of space. The decor of the whole building blew us away. It's gorgeous 😍 for sure will return again as worth the price.

The breakfast could have had a few more options, but that's just me being super critical it was still nice. And our double bed was two singles pushed together. It's not really a big deal, but it's still just a small thing. It didn't take away from our amazing experience its just things you just notice when they're not there.

Very good selection for breakfast, eggs, ham, cheese, breads, pastries, cakes, yogurt, fruit, fruit juices and the frittata was excellent so was the coffee. Larger bedroom and en-suite than other Verona hotels we have stayed in. 10/15 minute walk to the castle, piazza bra and arena, 20 minutes to piazza Erbee. If you want to be right in the centre then this isn’t the hotel for you, but for us it was perfect, very quiet and away from the maddening crowd. Check in 2pm arrived 10am and allowed to leave our bags in secure area so we could go exploring, also checkout is 11 am we had a late flight and was allowed to leave bags till 7pm. Reception called a taxi for us arrived within minutes, 20/25 minutes to airport cost 32 euros 4 adults and luggage. Shuttle bus from/to airport 7 euros each way!

Mezzanine Seating area above reception where you can relax and have a drink(no bar), only tea provided no coffee and no milk!, but you can purchase wine, beer or prossecco from reception.

Great location just a short walk to all the sights and also short walk to the station. On arrival I was greeted by Patricia who made me feel very welcome. I was very early and was expecting to just leave my luggage and come back later to check in. However Patricia informed me that my room would only be ten minutes and kindly got me a coffee while I waited. This was so helpful as I had a full day planned in Verona and saved me coming back. I also chatted with Elizia who was so friendly and helpful and couldn’t have done more to make my stay a very pleasant one. Also the guy (sorry didn’t get his name) who was on reception also was friendly and the girls in the restaurant where too. And a lovely selection was on offer for breakfast. My room was spotlessly clean and had a nice comfortable bed. What was very important to me as a solo traveler I felt safe and looked after. Thank you all for a lovely stay. Marian.

Room and bathroom very spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast in the garden. For Verona location is good enough from this older building in a modern part of town- about 10-15 minutes walk to the Arena. Receptionist very helpful in coping with a parking problem.

Only three parking spaces (€15 a night) in a tight underground car park with no room to manoeuvre. As third to arrive, no chance to get an admittedly largeish car into the space. A solution was luckily found but any other day of the week would have been a problem. Worth asking in advance for options if you have anything larger than a Fiat/ Golf. A free car park is maybe ten minutes away south of the station if you drop bags first

Great location! We drove in and were able to book via the hotel a parking spot at a garage nearby. As for seeing the sights of Verona - everything was extremely walkable. We took a very easy stroll down to the main part of town where tons of restaurants, shopping, ancient ruins and sights were all together. We could see the Juliet balcony and get some shopping in. The staff was extremely friendly and offered a great recommendation for dinner that was not touristy at all and had delicious food. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood even late at night, and felt very secure given the extra security doors on the hotel itself. Though it is a little hard to find - there's not a big sign that jumps out at you from the street. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of items. The neighborhood also had lots of restaurants and bars - my husband and I stopped by a Bavarian bar on our way back from the tourist area and had a great drink before heading to bed.

There's no elevator, but all of the rooms are just up a single staircase. Be prepared if your luggage is heavy!

The hotel is very charming and stylish. Very interestingly arranged. Room large and spacious, very clean, very comfortable bed, nice patio. very good location.

The coffee was not good, which seems strange in Italy. The breakfast was very poor, apart from a typical Italian sweet breakfast, there was some cold meat but no vegetables. I ordered one vegan breakfast, unfortunately this too was poorly prepared. I regretted not having breakfast in the café next door.

Very cozy and cute hotel. The location was 10 min walking from the train station and 15 min from the historical center. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any questions we had, always greeting us with a smile. Spacious room and bathroom

Each morning around 8 AM we could hear drills in the building and the vacuum cleaners in adjoining rooms. So if you want to sleep in, better bring ear plugs. The breakfast was pretty poor, and the same each day. We had the same 2 types of meat, 1 type of cheese, boiled eggs and some pastries. Also bread, butter, jam and Nutella. No variations

The location was near to the main tourist attractions, we were shown the best route to take and the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed. It was good to talk with the hotel staff, they were all very welcoming. It was a shame we had rain as the Secet Garden looked very sweet. I also hope the little rescued bird manages to migrate this summer! So very cute.

On a truly minor point, the shower and towel rail in the bathroom needed a bit of updating, but it functioned well, and didn't impead our stay at all.

Excellent location 10 mn walk to the main attractions of the city, staff really available for every need we had (water for tea, taxi, indication to lake di Garda). Plants everywhere and antiques that gave a cozy look. Really nice breakfats with everything and nice staff. Bathroom entirely new, heaters fully functional, clean room, super comfortable beds. We really enjoyed it.

The room was not very big for 2 people.
