Three reasons I have booked this place are; the distance to the train station, the price and the cleanliness reviews. All boxes checked and so much more. As a hotel guest normally, I was so impressed with this room, the organization ( train station instructions, late check-in instructions with a call back-up) spotlessly clean with a hotel-style set-up. Emanuele and Laura are like true hospitality experts, kudos, well done and thank you. Awesome stay!

This is my first time to try B & B. I didn't know what to expect, it was.confusing how to get hold on the key. I was so happy, the host Emmanuelle was the kindest and so patient with me trying to explain how and so understanding. Please check ur message here in the Booking to get the information and in contact with them. The place is close to every spots. Its close to a supermarket. Walking distance to the train station. The room is clean and cozy.

We LOVED this property! We were greeted by Emmanuel and his mum who had our room ready. He gave us loads of tips and even a map to show us where to go in Verona! The rooms are super clean, very spacious and the bathroom is amazing! The location was perfect! 5/10 minute walk from both the train station and the city of Verona! We were made to feel very special and loved our mini moon! 10/10!!!

Everything was just perfect! Emmanuel is great, he explained all the details, communication with him was quick and easy. We also met his mother who is a very positive lady. The location is great! The apartment was clean at the level of a 5-star hotel! P.S (The house is located on one of the main streets, but it has excellent sound insulation. Nothing bothered us)

The room and the adjoining bathroom were perfect and very clean. The Location was also great, close to the train station, Verona Porta Nuova and the city center. Emanuele was a perfect host, very nice, accomodating and with his own Instagram, which provided special tips for restaurants, bars, etc.

This is a hotel which we were not expecting. IT was not like a conventional hotel with a posh foyer and initially we were a little surprised in that it looked like an entrance to a block of flats. But it was wonderful, very quiet clean near the city centre. The owner was very helpful. and he recommended a fish restaurant, booked a table for us and bought us a pre meal drink at the venue. The following morning he drove us to the airport in Verona and charged us about half the normal cost. Very personable young man and we were so pleased we booked that venue.

Very kind and helpful staff, nice and clean room and bathroom, great location, easy access.

The kitchen is shared - but it did not cause any inconvenience in the end. The outdoor unit of the air conditioning is on the balcony, so you cannot really use the balcony when AC is on.

I loved the proximity to the Arena and to the old town. I didn’t have to worry about what to see in Verona as the host gave me all the information about the city’s highlights. The property had all the necessary facilities and it was very clean. Moreover, the hosts are very friendly and approachable people

The location is few minutes walk from Arena. It was perfectly clean, with everything you need. Our host Emanuele was very kind, helpfull, dor whatever you need. He helped us park our car on a parking space with a pass. We loved our stay there.

The only thing that bothered us were thin pillows, but we stayed only for one night. I am sure that we would get extra pillows ih we askwd for.

Everything was perfect. Emanuele and Laura were wonderful hosts. Very large and clean rooms. The bathrooms were even larger and very modern. Centrally located close to the Arena. We arrived by bus from Sirmione. and the bus stop was located about 5 minutes away.

Everything was perfect. There was nothing not to like about B&B Valverde.
