Gaia met us at the apartment. She was very nice and gave suggestions of restaurants and things to see. Licia was also very nice. There was a tiny problem with the hot water and she was there in 20 minutes and had it fixed shortly thereafter. Excellent customer service!! The apartment is located in a very secure building and is very nice. Nicely decorated as well. Lots of storage in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that there were extra pillows and blankets. The two large bathrooms were perfect for the 4 of us.

Great location, quiet yet in the center. Spacious, well lit apartment. Hostess went out of her way to fix air conditioners that didn’t work upon arrival and to supply clean sponges and dishwasher tablets quickly (there were none) when we asked. Great recommendations for restaurants and ice cream.

No option to leave luggage anywhere upon departure (we had a long day before airport). No basic amenities (aside from salt), had to buy everything. Not enough kitchen towels (only one).

A great apartment in an excellent location. Host met us ahead of scheduled check in time which was appreciated, gave a quick tour of the facilities and then some very handy recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Apartment was spacious, light and a perfect base for our party.

We had one issue with an electrical appliance. (which the host resolved with 1 hour :-)) View from all apartment windows is into a courtyard, so no views or balcony.

The lady who met us was very friendly. The flat has beautiful high ceilings and feels spacious even though we had the sofa bed out. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were a good size.

Would prefer to see large soap/shampoo containers rather than small packaging for eco reasons

That tax wasnt accounted in a price. And on a arrival we had to pay 115€ more. And there was no mention of deposit of 400€. So they shortened our spending money for that weekend. If it was more transparent it wont be a drag and inconvenience.

There are a couple of places just in front of the property that serve a decent breakfast . Not in the middle of the city but just six or seven blocks away from the main square. It's better to mix with locals. (in the center is full of tourists)

The disappointing thing is all the reservation details were correct and included the sofa bed but I surprised that required extra charge for the sofa bed because the price has been changed.

Spacious, well-maintained apartment, conveniently located near many restaurants and tourist attractions. Very clean and nicely furnished; easily accommodated our family of 4. The hosts were very welcoming - they helped my husband navigate the area (the roads in Verona were a bit confusing), giving us a tour of the apartment, and recommending restaurants and places to visit. Licia was incredibly helpful, replying to all my messages and questions promptly to make our trip to Verona even more enjoyable.

Beautiful apartment with great facilities. Location was ideal and the ability to park on site was fabulous (albeit at a cost which was fine). I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this apartment again!

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, very clean, nicely decorated, located in a charming old building inside the limits of the old town and not far from the main attractions. The hostess, Licia, was very nice and helpful. Parking place is available on site for an extra fee.
