The building is historic and the owners have maintained beautiful features such as exposed brick, shutters and beams on the ceiling. The upgraded parts are in keeping with the style of the building. It is close to the Duomo at the end of the street and not far from restaurants and shops. Can easily reach the other side of the river too. Controlled entry to building for security. Spacious and quiet too. Staff very attentive and friendly checking in via text to accommodate us with taxi bookings etc. we loved Verona and will definitely stay again.

Nothing not to like .

We absolutely loved our stay! The studio apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower was a major plus. The building felt very secure, and the location was perfect - safe and convenient to everything we wanted to see. The staff provided exceptional service. They were friendly and readily accommodated our minor requests. The instructions they provided were clear and comprehensive, and they even included a map of the city with highlighted points of interest. The powerful A/C kept us cool, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Overall, it was a quiet and peaceful place, ideal for getting a good rest.

Stayed in Residenza Palazzo Brenzoni for a 5 night city break to celebrate a special birthday and I can only say one word - excellent. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of the city, the Duomo di Verona was literally at the end of the road and all other historic sights were within easy walking distance, Piazza delle Erbe (loads of restaurants and a market), Juliet’s house, Piazza Bra and the Arena. It was also a short taxi ride to the train station and both Venice and Lake Garda are within easy reach. This is a great place to stay. Finally, I have to mention the property manager, Silvia, what an absolute superstar, going above and beyond to help make our stay extra special, she was absolutely outstanding. All in all a beautiful city and this is a fantastic place to stay.

This place was simply amazing. In all my years of traveling I have never had a better host than Silvi. She was so helpful and nice, Genuinely cared about my family and went out of her way to help organize multiple private cars for us. The apartment is in a great location with beautiful bars and restaurants around it. Apartment was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, made us feel at home. My two boys were also so happy being able to pat the very cute lucky every day.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. This place is impressive and Sylvia is attentive and friendly. We loved everything: the location of the hotel, the charm of the inside court, the room itself with its stylish decor, the large and beautiful bathroom, and the noise-proof windows that gave on the inside court on one side and on the street on the other side. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and we borrowed the hotel bikes for one day. It was a great stay.

Nothing! I'd go right back tomorrow if I could.

Well situated property in beautiful area of Verona. Walkable to all important historic sights. Apartment was clean well appointed and perfect for travelling with family of four. Had elevator which helped us as were were travelling with an older adult. Beds extremely comfortable. Apartment was very modern but kept the old world charm. Property has dinning suggestions that are spot on and close! Arrived in car and was assisted to parking garage after dropping luggage at property. Hosts friendly and very accommodating.

The first thing I noticed is the beautiful renovation done in the building. The old painted wooden ceiling and the stone walls are preserved beautifully and the new finishes and furniture are tasteful and complement very well the old features of the building. The attention to detail is something I appreciated as well. The kitchen is well equipped with modern and quality items. The bathroom was spacious and lacked nothing. A lot of lightning options in the apartment. The apartment was clean and very quiet. I couldn't hear a single neighbour. The street on which the building is located is a quiet street as well(just some cars passing) but yet very close to the centre. The communication with the host was smooth, relaxed and helpful.

Location was perfect, inside the old town, near everything. The decoration was very nice, Silvia was amazing. Rooms were great. Very nice decorated and had everything inside. Everything works great except the bed for us. Nice Bathroom. Nice kitchen.

The bed was a Murphy bed, it was not a good mattress, very hard and uncomfortable. We did not sleep well, but still liked the place a lot. The shower has some problem with leaking water and the floor got wet while showering, but the shower itself was great,

Location in the old town of Verona. The decor and style of the residence and room beautiful, e.g. retro Smeg appliances.The kitchen fully equipped with e.g. espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Friendly staff, e.g. room was ready upon arrival since was asked by the manager to inform her the estimated arrival time beforehand.

Sofa bed for kids took a lot of space from living room/open kitchen. Shower leaked water underneath the shower door, so floor dryer would have been useful.

The location is very good walking distance to everything in Verona, the decoration is beautiful, the building is well renovated, the bathroom is nice with a very good shower The kitchen is well furbished The host Silvia is the best ready to help and assist you in any way

The bed is a Murphy bed so takes a lots of space in of the room, the mattress was no comfy, too hard for us
