The location was perfect to walk anyone within central Verona, and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. The continental breakfast was a plentiful bounty to fuel you every morning, The rooms were clean, and cleaned every day with fresh towels and the bed made up. The staff were friendly and helpful, even prior to the trip helping with airport transfers. The room was spacious and comfortable, with reasonable sized ensuite shower room.

The room had a mini bar but no coffee making facilities, however there was a cafe next door to the hotel.

Location is perfect. near to supermarket pharmacy restaurants castelvecchio is just on the corner of the building, Staff are very accomodating and helpful. apartment id clean when we arrived. Its BIG apartment with continous hot water. The apartment has two bathroom one with bathtub which is awesome for those who have kids and i happened to have one. They have a kitchen cabinet. Very neat its a cabinet but when you open it theres a whole kitchen inside.The apartment is 500m from the hotel reception so they have a service that will bring you to the location. #ApartmentAdige

The only down side is the water boiler that has "calcare" so we weren't able to use it.

The location was central Verona, a brilliant place to get around and see everything, location - spot on The room was actually on, it was not luxury but we did not expect this, it was a city centre hotel with facilities to match. Aircon, comfortable bed and a decent bathroom (with a questionable shower) The breakfast was also ok, good in fact, you don't go to an Italian city and expect and English breakfast, if you are, don't go. Very comprehensive continental options and good hot options as well, I enjoyed my breakfasts on both occasions we stayed, we had the same room each weekend. We even saw the Pope on his visit to Verona, a great base to visit the region, we went to Venice for the day and also Lake Garda for a week, then back to Verona. Greta train service for Milan and Venice, we went to Venice it took 1hr and 20 minutes.

The shower was a little temperamental and the cubicle very small to get into, the doors were hanging off the runners, so I had to realign them, no drama, other than this, it was a fine stay. There is a MacDonalds underneath some of the rooms, so be prepared for some noisy evenings in the heat, scraping chairs on the floor and general meeting of people, sometimes 20 or more outside your window. Close your window and put the aircon on, you wont be to disturbed.

No hot drink facilities in bedroom.

The location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was big and wonderful. Parking was in a private, undercover garage with a seperate lockable door. A lovely, friendly staff member took us to the garage (150 metres away)'so we wouldn't get lost. It was a small gesture that was greatly appreciated after a long drive. They also helped us to get back there the next day. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

The room wasn't very big but everything else made up for it.

Everything was great. Was traveling solo with my child so had asked for a “quiet” room, and we were put in the back. Very quiet at night, but still had a nice view. Staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious and plentiful; all was well. We went end of June and were taking day trips so weren’t in the room a ton, but the AC worked and the room served its purpose. Very quick taxi ride to and from the train station. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious, zero complaints. Location is also impeccable, walkable to everything.

The location is great for seeing everything Verona - eat at (Bra 22), the nearest restaurant on the plaza Bra. A little coffee hut just 5 minutes down on the right, takeaway cups, but a great service, very good snack food and cappuccinos. If you want to visit Juliet's balcony, and actually stand on it, you need to book online via a QR code, no issues, just need to do this as you cant just tip up and go in, you can however go and see it - the square is small, so be prepared when it is busy. I have covered the hotel on a previous feedback only a few days ago.

The rooms were not anything like the photos on the website as far as the staff every single person was awesome wonderful the guys for breakfast the girl that clean the room the men and women that work the front desk everybody was awesome would I stay there again I would stay there again but you need to update those photos because those rooms didn't look anything like the photos

I liked the entire staff

We had an apartment just by the river - not in the main hotel. There were five of us and the apartment worked well. The reception staff were lovely and helpful.

We had booked a carpark - which was very secure, although the process of dropping off the bags and parking the car and getting the hotel van to the apartment was a little fraught.

I stayed in one of the apartments at Riva San Lorenzo which is a ten-minute walk from the actual hotel. It was really nice staying an apartment while also having the reassurance of a 24-hour desk (not that I had any reason to ask them for anything). After check-in the hotel drove me to the apartment. The apartment was very nice and I was able to cook a light dinner for myself when I was too tired to dine out.

I did not have any problems.
