The location is unbeatable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Robe and slippers were provided even in the standard room. The valet parking was efficient.

I understand the need to cram as many rooms into a hotel floor as possible, in order to maximise the investment. But they have overdone it. The standard room was way too small. Perhaps it would be OK for one person, but my wife and I got tired of literally bumping into each other at the slightes movement. The only place I have seen hotel rooms this small was in Japan.

The breakfast was excellent. Great selection, helpful staff.

The spa was closed. There was no warning of this before we arrived.

The location could not be better for a city visit. It is literally bang next to the arena. We had a car full of stuff which we couldn't leave on the street overnight so safe parking was essential for us. The service from the front desk and valet parking, especially, was exceptional. I'm not used to this level of attention! They also gave us a nice suggestion for dinner. The breakfast was good, excellent sellection of pastries... The rooms very comfortable, big beds and stylish. The hotel decor and ambience is really lovely and welcoming. We would come again for sure, hopefully to use the spa facilities next time!

The only thing we though would be nice is the TV in rooms able to switch to English language. And the light switches were a little hi-tech for us!

Wonderful staff, they are outstanding! Valet parking was a breeze and I would strongly encouraged it. Also encourage booking the breakfast, as it was delicious. Overall it was a lovely stay

A better coffee pot for the morning while getting ready in the room. We technically stayed at Verona House Aparthotel a separate building.(which was fine by us)

The staff is so client oriented, the girls from the reception, especially the manager who took care of us and helped in making a space for our car in their parking place, spearing us from parking in another place away from the hotel. The breakfast is amazingly variated: eggs, cold cuts, lots of tasteful pastry and donuts, great coffee. The room (double standard room) was bb well maintained and comfortable with enough space to store luggages. Not to say that the hotel is located in the heart of Verona, just few steps away from the Arena, restaurants and shops. Our stay here was above our expectations. Highly valued for the price you pay.

The view of the Arena from the room. The Jacuzzi on the roof with the view on the Arena is amazing. The hotel is really in the centre and it is worth to pay the parking at the hotel, since other parking might cost the same amount but you don't have the same confort.

I appreciate that the staff is taking care of the luggage and that if you leave at the reception they will load the car for you, but I would prefer that they ask first because my car had already a lot of stuff inside that was not placed correctly, for that reason I would have preferred to load it by myself. The staff doesn't know what is inside, everything was squeezed and I had laptops, Ipad, camera, lenses and other devices that could have been damaged. Fortunately everything was fine. I just give you this recommendation, ask if the guest wants that you load the luggage in the car.

Nice spacious rooms, beautiful view of the castle. The staff were helpful and spoke very good English as our Italian was very limited. The breakfast staff were AMAZING, and my baby loved getting all the attention. The breakfast is good value and delicious! (We stayed at verona house). Didn't get a chance to use the hotel facilities such as the bar or hot tub. But with the shops and arena so close to us we didn't have time to try. We had a car, so the valet service was a nice touch. Would highly recommend!

The stay was booked to mark my partners Birthday and I had several messages with staff at the hotel, all very helpful and friendly. When we arrived we were made to feel special and they delivered exceptionally on the Birthday surprise, even singing Happy Birthday to my partner on the morning of her Birthday. Everyone was super helpful and friendly from ROH to cleaning staff.

Honestly nothing I could really complain about that was any fault of the hotel. I booked quite late so the room choice was a little more limited than it could have been... and was a little bit more expensive than I had planned but this was my fault and not the fault of the hotel.

Perfect location inside historical center, walking distance to many restaurants. Availability of garage, in pedestrian area, and EV charging station is fantastic combination! Rooms are small but comfortable. Bar on the roof provides authentic view and beautiful atmosphere!

We were in apartments which wasn’t next to hotel but was still great location and quite glad it was away from the buzz next to the arena. The arena itself is less than a 10 min walk away from the apartments and you are right next to the Castelvecchio which is super impressive itself. Breakfast was good and thankfully located at the apartment block rather than at the hotel. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and very helpful. Had no intention of using the spa facilities so being in a separate building was fine.

The finishing touches aren’t quite there which is a bit of a shame (no lock return on bathroom toilet door) No electric kettle which was a bit strange. Cooked breakfast choice was a little limited but cold breakfast offering was great.
