The staff was really helpful and also they really like traveling and so that they are nice to the people who travel as well. Although I didnt need to use kitchen there are bunch of stuff in the common kitchen that you can use. Although there is one problem with the hostel (I think),I would still choose this hostel for my next Verona trips.

When I firstly arrived my room was not ready and I couldnt go to my room im the morning and there is no locked room for luggages for this purpose. We need to leave it in an open area which I have felt it is unsafe.

everything ! Kitchen equipment, garden with tables, enough space in the common areas, very cozy design, fantastic local cat (owner of this hostel!) Very kind and experienced crew of the reception, very large room, very good AC ! So it was WARM in the room during night in the February. I like guests, they are very polite people, who accept sleeping during night. Very very nice location, bus stop to go to Train station is just 50 m, central old part is closed. Nice cheap markets are on the same street and GREAT morning BAR at the end of the street with FANTASTIC croissant and coffee (strongly recommend to go during morning to look at right Verona's people. Very safety area, even late evening and early morning !

NOTHING I am very extra traveler ;) I did to find a disadvantage. It was a right place to sleep, to relax, to cook own food and to take long hot shower ( no line in the bath room). I like everything. I relaxed very well and walk a lot.

The room was big and calm, everyone got enough space for themselves and the luggage which I liked. There even where two showers. The common area was very cozy with a big kitchen. there even was a little garden area. I think it’s a nice place to stay during every season.

When I arrived the employee was not very enthusiastic to tell me a lot and I didn’t think to ask him all my questions right away. But when I came back during the evening (not that late, I thought) no one was there to ask and the door was locked. So I kind of missed out on some instructions I would imagined that he would give me right away instead of me asking everything. So I missed out the fact for example at which time the reception was closed at night or that there was no food for breakfast. Things I could have prepared, if he would have told me. But I think it’s very picky, because the place was nice, cozy and clean and that’s what matters more I think.

Definitely a 5 star review, location and staff were prime. But I would make it 4.5 out of 5 stars due to limited food options during breakfast, so I hope that can be improved in the future. People who run the hostel however are excellent and beds are great.

I would like more food options during breakfast, that's the only thing I didn't like.

So many advantages! The location is extremely convinient, exactly in the middle between one of the train stations and the city center (just 10 minutes walking to the amazing sights). The hostel is lovely! The atmosphere is really nice, the kitchen area is super cool with everything you need plus free coffee zone with coffee, tea, cocoa, cream, biscuits. And I loved the idea of the shared food fridge and shared food box, from where you can take food for free. The stuff is amazing! Very polite, nice and helpful (and they speak good English there!) There are free lockers but you have to pay for the towel though. All in all, an amazing experience, perfect for its price 🤍✨

Hm, the bed creaked a little and was slightly uncomfortable but it's okay for the price and if you stay there for one or two days. And the walls seemed a little old in the bathroom, but it doesn't influence your stay anyhow, so it's also okay.

Super helpful staff! They helped me with idea for what to see in the city. They let you leave your bags before check-in and after checkout so you can go explore immediately. The rooms are very secure with passcode doors and have good AC. The bunkbuds were surprisingly comfortable, and there is a shared kitchen that everyone can use. It's a simple facility, but for the price worth every penny. I would stay again.

Nothing. I had a good stay.

Hostello is an absolutely amazing place. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are quite big and the beds are comfortable, bathrooms are big (and there is two in each dormitory room). A useful thing is that there are hair dryers in the bathrooms and towels are available free of charge. Rooms, bathrooms and the common area are clean. There is a kitchen available, it is quite big, with lots of space to storage andall the necessary utilities to cook. A very cool idea is that there is separate fridge and box for food left behind by other travels - food which can be used free of charge by the ones staying at the hostel (this way no food is wasted and it is possible to have a free meal out of it). There is a big common area with lots of spaces to sit/ relax (either at a table of on a couch), and in the back of the building there is a garden available which is a great place to sit down and relax either during the day or in the evening. The location is also very good: easily accessible from the airport with a bus, a walking distance to the old town and all the major sightseeing points, close to the 2nd train station from which you can easily reach other cities.

nothing - everything was perfect

Very nice and clean place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice kitchen, nicely equipped. Room (6-bed female dorm) quite spacious, two bathrooms which is a nice touch. Good localisation, around 15 minutes walk from the Citta Antica, bus stop very close.

The doors to the bathroom don't close at all, which is rather uncomfortable.
