This was the most charming stay on our trip. We took two rooms and one of them had big terrace which was so delightful in the evening and in the morning. Staff was great, we got our breakfast in the room (you can choose sweet, salty and mixed breakfast). Beds were so comfortable. I always have problems with matraces on the vacation, because I drive a lot and have back issue, but this bed was excellent, I slept until morning without any problems. Because we went by car, we wanted park space to be near. You have public parking around nerby streets but the safest option for us was private parking 2 streets far from the apartment, it was parcheggio Paradiso. It was very good, little bit expensive but we used it, nothing different from other parts and parkings in Italy. City center is very near, you just have to cross the bridge and you are in the old Town. Everything is on 5 minutes walk. Verona is beautiful and for sure I will again stay here in the future if I decide to come back. I recommend!

Everything! So well located. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room was beautiful. Loved our breakfast on the balcony everyday. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect property to finish our 10 day Italy tour with. They were really accommodating by putting the air con on for me out of “summer season.”

Two tiny niggles: 1. Shower is tight and 2. They kindly put the air con on for me which I appreciated greatly but it wasn’t working well and the room was quite hot during the night still. I’m sure the air con wouldn’t be an issue though come summer when I wouldn’t be the first person to use it in months. 😉

The staff is very communicative and available to help. My arrival was just after the closing of the reception but I was able to do my check-in electronically and received very clear instructions on how to receive my key in the lockbox. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy while the beds and pillows extremely comfortable with quality linens. Before 7pm you can request what type of breakfast you would like to have delivered to your room the next morning. I was blown away by the lavish breakfast when it arrived. You can tell the staff puts a lot of pride in managing this property and taking good care of their guests. My room faced the courtyard and it was very quiet day and night. The location is very walkable and just outside of the busy area of Verona which I appreciated to be able to enjoy all of the highlights but have a lovely and quiet place to rest.

If you are a loud person, please be mindful that you are disturbing the other guests! This is nothing against the Veronetta House but an annoyance with travelers lacking self awareness.

Veronetta House is a beautiful boutique hotel in Verona within a five minute walk to the historic centre. We received a warm welcome and were given maps and advice on places to visit in the area and everyone was incredibly helpful. The breakfast is served in your room each morning at a time you choose and it was fabulous with lots of choice and slightly different each day. Our room was beautiful with plenty of space. It was situated on the second floor (no lift) and we had a balcony and a window overlooking the courtyard and we were at the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. There was plenty of hot water with great pressure although the shower was a bit on the tight size for my husband who is 6ft and quite well built but the space in the bathroom along with the dressing table area and hair dryer was very welcome. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Verona.

We have no complaints about the hotel.

Our room was lovely! Cozy, clean and cheery, it had all the essentials we needed for a two night stay. The staff is wonderful, offering recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. We stayed on the ground floor and had a private terrace to relax in peace, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The location is perfect. So easy to stroll to the center of town and popular attractions. The bed was very comfortable, the a/c was cold and the breakfast was fantastic!

The shower is very small, but we knew that before booking the place. My husband had a difficult time moving around 🤣. Didn't have an effect on how satisfied we were with our stay.

We had a very friendly contact to the staff, they were always smiling, always willing to help out. They gave us a lot of recommendations and tips for the city. And the absolute highlight was of course the breakfast served in our room. A great service, the breakfast was prepared with a lot of love. Our room was beautiful, there is a lot of attention for small details. Great location not too far from the city center and the train station, but still a bit away from the hectic rush of tourism.

I used booking.com to reserve room 4 months ahead and received confirmation. A few days later, I received message telling my credit card was rejected. I checked with my credit card company and they confirmed there was no rejection and I can try again. Still, the owner rejected. I used another card and was rejected again. Then, the owner canceled my reservation. Then, I rebooked again using the same credit card and it was confirmed. The only difference is the price is 30% more expensive than my original booking. The shower stall is really small.

This room felt like something you would find in Venice with it's decor and coloring. Older building but well appointed, comfortable and in a superb location. Yes, the breakfast is the star here! It is truly incredible and delivered to your room. AC worked well. It is on a busy street but with the large balcony doors closed, it is quiet. Staff excellent and helpful, especially with the city orientation. We did not have a car so I cannot comment on parking. Communication is very good via email or Whats App so one can coordinate check in. Highly recommended.

Small shower but one must understand the logistics to convert some of these older buildings. TV didnt seem to work at all but we were not there for that. I should have made a note to the staff.

I had an exceptional stay at this Bed and Breakfast, highlighted by an extraordinary breakfast - one of the best I've ever experienced, served right to my room. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering valuable insights on local attractions and dining recommendations. Their guidance greatly enriched our stay.

However, the room itself was a bit outdated, and the shower, particularly, needed attention. It was not only small but also had a clogged drain, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

Ideal location walking distance to everything. Very clean and well set up with excellent breakfast. Can be noisy in the front room. The back rooms are dark but quiet with private courtyard.

Noise of street; courtyard needs repainting; breakfast wonderful except eggs always overcooked and dry. Nowhere to change before heading to airport.
