Very nice little hotel perfect situated between the railwaystation and the beach at a quiet and safe Street. Good AC make the sleep good and the room is very quiet! Nice breakfast with everything you want! Very helpful and friendly staff!

All the beaches exept for a very small narrow one is private and the guards are very unfriendly...... You can not just go down to the beach and take a quick bath.....But this has nothing to do with the hotel but with Viareggio as a destination for backpackers in the summer!

The people at the hotel were very nice. it’s very comfortable and well located (10 minutes to the train station and ten minutes to the beach). The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was amazing (coffee, juice, cakes, toasts, fruits, croissants…, everything!)

We couldn’t stay the night as we had to change our plans and check out with in couple of Hours. But what we saw was: very polite and helpful host. Room was clean and had good A/C. location to the sea is about 300 meters. Parking is a challenge. and You can buy your 24hrs parking pass from reception.

The cleaning chemicals used, had a very strong smell.

It was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. The breakfast was also very good and the owner was friendly. Our room was serviced each day to a very high standard which we were not expecting for the price.

Remembering that this is a two star hotel I have nothing to complain about.

this is family-run budget hotel. Simple but has everything you need. location is good. it’s in between train station and the beach. owner is friendly. breakfast is simple but okay. if you only need a room for sleeping, I would say this is good enough.

based on the value per night, I wouldn’t complain. however there’s no lift as others have already mentioned. in the room, there’s only two power sockets for bed-lamps, it’s not convenient if you have several devices needed to be charged at the same time. toilet and shower are also not convenient, you may get wet sitting

Location is really good, it is easy to get there from train station on foot, main promenade of Viareggio is also very close from the hotel, in the park nearby there are bicycle rentals. Our room and bathroom were both really small but we saw that on pictures so it was not a surprise. I can recommend this hotel for the night or two, for longer stay I would probably choose sth else :)

Hadn't realised we'd booked half board. Best to eat out simply for choice and eating Al fresco. Shower slightly small if I'm being picky.

the hinge of bathroom door has annoying sound everytime we enter..need to check.
