This is a nice and clean hotel, comfortable bed, air conditioned rooms. We had two rooms - one with the sea view and the other facing the inner yard. Sea view means also promenade view and if you chose it then you should be ready for busy nightlife outside. It was nice to see people walking, talking and enjoying the summer. We slept with windows closed and sound isolation was good. The other room was quiet even with open windows. The breakfast is excellent and good coffee. There was very nice lady taking care of guests in the breakfast room. We felt welcomed!

NB! It is not hotels fault in particular but all the beach near the promenade is 'private' and you cannot see the sea while walking by promenade or easy access it. We discovered that it was still possible to reach the sea from the very end of all 'bagnos' via narrow umbrella free space, but you can only walk by the coast and guards did not even allow us to leave shoes on the ground while we were swimming. Better just go by bus nbr35 to the unspoiled public beach at the end of the bus route.

Hotel Eden is in a good location, facing the promenade with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was clean, had a fridge and a balcony. A bonus was a rooftop terrace with sunbeds and great view overlooking the beach. The breakfast was varied with hot and cold options and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

The room was slightly small and although there was one bedside table, there was also a desk and a chair, a bedside table in its place, for us, would have been more useful.

The Room confortable and clean, The staff are so freindly and helpful really appreciated, The breakfast excellent, the beach at 100m in front of the hotel, the balcony with table and two chairs.

No parking available at the property but you can pay 6€ at the lobby for 24h parking on the main road in the front of the hotel its the cheapest deal compared with the city parking pricing.

We booked a small room no view, but we got a partial sea view with a terrace which was a pleasant surprise. Seems that we visited at the very end of the season, and this has contributed to our positive experience. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and exceeded my expectations for the price paid, but the quality is not the best (but good). The receptionist was friendly, and so were the women helping with breakfast. The beaches need to be paid for. As we went end of the season, they were all empty and had discounted prices. Unfortunately, it was very windy one of the days and the sea waves were so high.

The bathroom ventilation is not good. so it's easy to smell. The bed has no duvet, which we found unusual compared to all other hotels we stayed at. They had a wool-blanket in the wardrobe, but it had a smell probably due to storage.

Great location. beachfront, 15 minute walk from train station. 10 minutes to centre of Viareggio. Fantastically clean hotel. Everywhere smelt so clean with reed air fresheners everywhere. So comfy beds and pillows, best sleep ever. Breakfast was typical Italian, meats, cheese, fruit, scrambled eggs, hams etc, great quality and great staff always ensuring you had what you wanted. One of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in and the price is so reasonable too.

This was a great, great stay in Viareggio! Loved it, comfortable big bed, big room size, big bathroom, and everything was very comfortable and clean. Loved the walk in rainfall shower. I stayed in a double room with sea view, and it was very very nice. The hotel is also in a very good location in Viareggio, close to so many restaurants and shops, and the beach. Breakfast was good too, and everyone was friendly. I will come back to this hotel if I return to Viareggio, felt very good here.

Everything was perfect. Our flight was cancelled, so we needed to stay in this hotel for one more night. After check-in we got a better room (1 night vs. 2 nights) and we got second night was for the same price as the first one (difference between Booking reservation and official reservation in hotel was 50%). Official check-in was at 3PM, but we got the room already at 10AM. The room was clean and with a balcony with a sea view. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good and tasty with freshly baked croissants. Tasty ice tea at reception for free. If it would be possible, we would like to give hotel EDEN an 11* out of 10*. Perfect stay with kind staff -> fully recommend! :)

You simply cannot fault this Hotel, it's first class elegance cleanliness friendly staff and they go the extra mile every step of the way. The roof terrace is amazing as is the breakfast in the mornings. This Hotel knows for sure the real meaning of hospitality

Location right on the beach, close to the station, comfortable room with a balcony and a roof terrace. Good breakfast with gluten free options. No safe in the room - rather at reception safes with twin keys for staff and guests, less convenient location but higher level of security.
