Room a bit small, open luggage took alll the empty space and we had to close it to enter the bathroom all the time No fridge

Excellent location in the heart of Viareggio town with close access to restaurants and bars, and the fabulous sandy beach for which the area is famous. The hotel is just down a side street which means it is quiet, but conveniently close to the main road. We arrived by train and took a taxi to the hotel (5mins, €15) Our room was on the 4th floor (75 steps - or a lift) and had a small balcony and a large window looking towards the west, and the sea 200 m away. It was clean with ensuite bathroom. Slightly awkward shower if I'm being picky. Friendly and helpful reception, good breakfast with a bacon-and-eggs option. It looked to have a good restaurant, although we didn't use it.

The owners were so helpful and professional . The availability of utube for news from Australia and Netflix was really important to us . 🤗 In such a small , family run Hotel , that was a real bonus and the owners went out of their way to make it work . Thank you . Breakfast was also fantastic 🤗 Coffee wonderful . We had a balcony room that we could see the Sea 🤗 Thank you for making our stay so lovely .

Very close to the Carnivale area that Viareggio is famous for. Only a block away. A very nice breakfast was included. The staff were all very good and helpful.

My single room was quite tiny. Sufficient for my stay but seemed a bit pricy.

Breakfast and location were great

The room was next to the stairway and I could hear some sounds from elsewhere in the building. Maybe the noise isolation of the door or ventilation could be improved

From check-in to departure the staff could not have been better. Good bed, good pillows, good breakfast. The Mirage restaurant on our first night was fab and plenty very good restaurants in easy walking distance.

Nothing was bad.

Hotel is super well located, on the corner with the promenade, in the beginning of the main street. Make it eAsier to have a walking till the end of the promenade. The breakfast is amazing, loads of option! Tastful buffet and they prepare your bacon and eggs in time. Staff very friendly! I high recommend the place and defo want to return!

It is clear much thought was put into the design of this hotel! It's the small things that make a difference, as simple as extra sturdy wall hooks/bright bathroom lighting etc. I really enjoyed my stay and will return someday. The breakfast choice is top notch.

That I had to leave after two nights!

Everything else was amazing! The breakfast was amazing! I only had dinner once at the restaurant and ordered "Bavette alla Trabaccolara" and it was delicious! I was so sad to leave. I wish I could speak Italian because I am sure I would have had great conversations with the staff. I will definitely recommend Mirage to my friends and be back next time I visit Viareggio! The location to the beach and the bus station is perfect.

It was hard to connect to the WiFi when I first arrived but I asked at the front desk and they helped me. The mattress was a bit hard but standard for hotels. The toilet made weird noises after I flushed and I could hear the water from the pipes from the other room. I got used to it but the first night it scared me a bit.

The breakfast was fantastic. Our only issue was the room, which was very small for three people.I think I must not have read the description carefully enough. Otherwise, the place was great.

Bigger room. Otherwise, we loved it. Great town, lovely staff, very helpful, and very nice waiters at breakfast.
