The kindness of the staff (except for the first day when we were assigned rooms in the noisy section under construction), the decor, the overall cleanliness of the premises, the availability of the shuttle, and the pool open even in the evening all contributed to making our stay most enjoyable.

Initially, I was assigned a room in a section that was still under construction, and there was a lot of noise. However, I had to insist to get another room in the newly renovated section.

Really clean, the rooms are quite spacious and modernised. Bathrooms were a good size and the bed was www jute big. The guy working at reception was amazing despite arriving at a busy time he was very efficient in getting everyone into their rooms…. GRACIAS!

Not enough breakfast options… hot food was finished and not restocked during the time we were there.

It was close to the airport. The grounds was beautiful. The security. It’s a little outdated but nothing a paint job can do. The room bathroom was nice and updated. They’re building a new one next to it. The pool

could use a paint job but it was nice. The lamb was good but it wasn’t an Indian curry. Not putting labels on all the food with the breakfast buffet.

Quick access from the hotel, room is comfartable and food is of high standard

After arranging for shuttle service, all other hotels had their shuttles at the airport except Onomo and had to wait 15 min for the shuttle.

environment is clean , the workers are enthusiasm, conveniet to go to city center , close to airport , have shuttle bus ,

have a meal is inconvenient , you have to eat the hotel , or go to the resturant by taxi , the airport only have burger king

The property is very clean, rustic and the interior decoration perfect. especially the decoration and design in the room. I really liked it. The African touch images it better.

The time at the restaurant before being approached by a staff as well as the welcoming at the reception. I did not really appreciated.

The bedroom didn’t close properly, I asked the receptionist to fix it and they just sent someone to tell us we simply needed to shut it very violently… this didn’t work all the time so we just gave up and hoped nobody entered the room; the shower water was not hot at all; they only gave 1 small bottle of water for a couple (?), no fridge in the room; I thought the cost of breakfast a dinner was a bit high so I ate outside of the hotel;

Reception & other staff courteous and helpful. Nice and wide variety of breakfast. Near to the airport. Nice swimming pool. ATM machine in the reception area.

Small room. No provision of electric kettle, hair blower, electric iron board, refrigerator etc.

Very nice place to stay. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend anyone visiting Abidjan and looking for a great place to stay and remember.
