Everything was just right. Excellent and first customer service staff were excellent and over and beyond expectations, extremely helpful which made the experience so much more meaningful and special in every way.

I noticed that no extra bedding was in the room, which I assumed could have been remedied by asking for one, but concluded because of the heating/AC facilities in the room is so efficient and works well.

The location is perfect, just a short drive to the park's entrance, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure a great stay. The amenities, including a pool and a delicious complimentary breakfast, were a great bonus. Overall, a beautiful place with excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Arches National Park!

Everything was perfect.

Location of hotel was easy to find. Clean. Easy to find room; I’ve been to some where you needed a map to find your room. The lady that done the breakfast was the best part. The eggs were good (good flavor) and she was absolutely the sweetest to my boys; I have a Down Syndrome son and typical son. Always friendly and saying good morning. That makes for a great start of day. You hired one awesome lady.

Nothing really. Not that I can think of. This is what I except to find at a hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and neat. The breakfast was great and always fresh. Location is super convenient and has very easy access to restaurants, shopping centers and other places like groceries and parks.

The main attraction was the kind staff they have welcoming you at the front desk. FRACIA, was the person that welcomed us and she was absolutely great on explaining everything from pricing to rules and was very kind no matter the situation. She made all the difference and made us feel safe and welcome! Thank you!

Quiet and convenient some staff were very friendly also helpful

Being accused of alots of guests in pool which it were only my son and boyfriend. My mother stop by to bring my son to see me and we had lunch hour later my mother & son left then a party of 10 maybe more enter the pool area which WEREN'T with me. As my mother and I returned from getting food 2 cars of people's pulled up, entering the building. Yes we were falsely accused of to many Guests.

We were pleased with our stay at Best Western, Ft. Myers, FL. The breakfast every day was very good. The staff who served the breakfast, Sahair and others, were very helpful and courteous. House keeping was outstanding in every way. Although the hotel was very busy they always had time for us and cleaned our room when we needed it. We were there for over a week and found the front desk staff helpful with local knowledge like golf courses and tourist information. We would stay there again and look forward to seeing Neil, Suneil and all their staff again.

Heated pool

We visit family in Fort Myers and always check first at BEST Western to see if there’s availability. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable but the staff is amazing. They are helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is good and Soheir does such a good job at keeping it clean and stocked with food. She does her job very well always with a kind word and a smile.

The staff and amenities were all great! The woman who checked us in was so accommodating and nice. Room was clean and just what we needed for the night.

Only real complaint I would have is on the bedding. The sheets were fine was there was a hard not very comfortable liner or "blanket" on top. Maybe more for decoration than anything but it wasn't comfortable to sleep with.

Great value! King suite with bathtub was great for baby to sleep in her pack n play, room was very clean and quiet, pool was warm and free breakfast was delicious. Better than the 4 star hotels we stayed at during this trip.

Front desk lady was not very friendly and insisted for my ID at checkin, even though I told her I could show her later and just wanted to put my baby to sleep

The location is very convenient. The room was comfortable and pretty spacious. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Soheir did an excellent job with keeping everything clean and well attended.

The air freshener in the lobby is very, very strong smelling.
