The woman at the front desk was super nice ( I forgot to get her name.) super sweet though first time I stayed at the hotel was last weekend with my sister and she made it such a pleasant experience we came back this weekend just to get away and once again she made it such a pleasant experience and things just so easy. The rooms are clean and honestly worth every penny. Location wise nobody bothers which is nice and you don’t hear a lot of noise. There’s a Mel’s dinner accesos the street and a seafood place I believe right next to the hotel as well as a gas station.

The pool closes, honestly only thing that sucks, my sister and I enjoy the pools at the hotel a lot especially at night but the pool when we went the first time was closed (not sure about during this visit.)

I was having a very bad day. My husband passed recently, and ive been very down. But there was a young girl name Amanda that worked the front desk that was so helpful so kind so caring. I’ve stayed at 1 million hotels motels but have never had somebody that just went above and beyond just working the front desk.

The phone cord and the air conditioner doesn’t have a filter, but I didn’t really care

The only thing I didn't like is they should have put the air conditioner on ,before we came yesterday afternoon, because the room was very hot when we came in.

176 down below complained about 274 complaining but the security came to me I don’t like to be disturbed I never caused any problems there and I don’t definitely need no problems now I came just to have some peace before our surgery hopefully this doesn’t happen again

The room was nice size, first floor which we like, and smoking in the room allowed, which is almost impossible to find any more.. Bed was comfortable enough, swimming pool was clean but we stayed at a time when it hadn't had time to warm up, it was really cold. Room was clean when we checked in, no complaints. The location was perfect for our needs, close to town center and Historic part of town.

Pillows! the pillows were the size of postage stamps on a king size bed. There were only 3 on the bed and those 3 did not equal what you would normally expect of one pillow for a king size bed, or any size bed for that matter.

Comfortable bed..slept very well.

Breakfast is still listed on Booking.com..they do NOT have breakfast, only coffee. There numerous places nearby, however.

I enjoyed that everything was very clean and all accomodations I asked for was able to be done. My trip back to Orlando got a little delayed and I was able to check out a little later. For my budget this was one of the best hotels in have stayed in would recommend to anyone visiting in a good location as well!

Customer Service was excellent!. Room was way better than I expected for the price.

No juice or coffee bar in the main lobby.

In the bathroom near the ceiling, it looked like they did not finish some work that they had started but otherwise overall everything was good

I really enjoy staying here and the price is great. Staff is very nice and very helpful.

I enjoy everything about this place and there is nothing to not like.
