Super awesome, friendly, accommodating staff. The lady who checked us in was not very friendly but beyond her, (who we never saw again during our stay), everyone else could not be any more friendly and accommodating. I would still recommend to others and I would stay there again.

Outside was freshly painted and looked very clean and inviting. Nice pool. Great breakfast choices. Bed was very comfortable.

Lighting over the sink area outside of the bathroom was not bright enough. It was farther away from our destination than we liked.

Breakfast was good. Good selection. Scrambled eggs, sausage , potatoes, oatmeal, cereal. Maybe some fruit would be good. Juices were available.

Pricing could be lower. Big fluctuations from one night to the next.

It was close to where I needed to go, room was very clean.

Not a very good selection for breakfast the first morning, second was much better. Also they should put the butter out a little sooner so it will spread on the toast.

The place is nice and quiet, room smells good , fresh towels and linens and clean room, bathroom and hallways, the receptionist was nice and pleasant. I have been this hotel and I was satisfied with the room, I always preferred to stay in this hotel whenever I am in the area.

The sausages for breakfast was hard and rubbery, seems like it was an old stock.

I have stayed here a few times when I travel every month and I’ve always had a very nice clean room. It’s always quiet the staff are very friendly and this is why I choose to come and stay at best western when I travel to Santa Rosa county

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean and super friendly staff. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet. All around one of my best hotel stays to date!

The only problem I had was no access to premium channels on the tv but I wasn't too concerned with that considering the fact that as soon as my head hit the super soft pillows it was lights out for this lady! That bed was magical!

although the ac in our room worked well, I would have liked for it to have been a stronger fan

The reason I chose Best Western in that the hotel was not located near a niosy highway, also I enjoy my stays at Best Westerns when I travel.

Everything was great and there was no need to change anything. I guess the noly thing I would change was the drive from my hame to the Best Weastern.
