location to beach and other places I visited

The front desk clerk was rude!! Her tone with me along with another customer prior to me was condescending and all around disrespectful!! I’ve stayed at several Days Inn locations and have never been treated so poorly by a worker. She even threatened to not allow us to stay bc I corrected her tone and behavior towards my husband and myself.

Fruit was rotten..but juice was good

We did notice..the floors in room looked clean, however, they were actually dirty. When wiping off water the towel was black. The bathroom had a mildew smell to it.

I like that the fact that the front desk lady was extremely nice there was a bunch of kids crammed in one room young kids and their parents weren't looking after them so they're extremely loud and slamming the door and what have you so I went up to the front desk and she called and said something to them and they just didn't care so she was kind enough to move me to another room so and she looked out for me to make sure I was safe and the rooms are really clean the price was excellent !! Now I understand a little bit more about why people are the way they are these days is because they don't have parents that are attentive and loving and kind they just let him run wild

Well I didn't like the fact that the room next to me like I said in the previous part of this review there was five kids and two adults in one-room and when the front desk clerk called to tell them to you know keep it down they didn't care and it was really nothing she could do about it and so I had to be inconvenienced on being moved because these two so-called parents couldn't control their kids and they ranged from probably like the age of 2 to 12 years old so I just wanted to say thank you to Arkansas cuz that's where they were from I had to pack my stuff up and relocate to a room all the way upstairs

Denise at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly! I love staying here bc it's a prime spot. It can be loud bc I stay on the side that is next to the shopping center and the garbage truck comes past midnight, before daylight hours sometimes.. other that that, the price is great for my quick trips to Navarre. 🤍

the noise of garbage truck and neighbors that smoked in a non-smoking room. I hd an adjoining door so I put a towel down to block the smell which helped a lot.

Housekeeping was absolutely amazing. Attentive and quick to respond. They respected the do not disturb sign but when I asked for towels, soap, etc, they immediately got it and were so kind and polite.

I come here 2 times a year for 7 nights each time. I call ahead and they can't get me a rate even close to the online price so I can get points on my Wyndham rewards. By now I could've earned a free week, but I have nothing. Retaining good customers should be a priority.

the convenience of the location and having a pool was nice. rooms were clean and felt safe.

the beds were uncomfortable, but not so bad to where you couldn’t sleep. the pool area was a little ran down, but clean for the most part.

Great location in Navarre. It had its pros and cons for sure.

The bed. Uncomfortable. The pillows. Small and uncomfortable. The shower. Dirty. Still had hair from past guest. Next door neighbor. With the joined rooms. Pretty sure he doesn’t like his wife. Considering they argued for a good bit and you could hear everything.

It was a nice room, clean, bed was more comfortable than some I have slept in. Breakfast was ok. Covid restrictions so limited but it was fresh and coffee was good.

Toilet was unlevel so when you sat it made loud noise. Otherwise everything was good

I enjoy the location simply because I have access to everything I could possibly need within walking distance (aside from the beach). You can't beat the price for being in such close proximity to the Navarre Beach bridge, grocery stores, fast food options, and even sushi.

The traffic where the entrance was located. Also I had to wipe down the toilet with a sanitizing wipe because there were some dirty smears from the previous occupant near the toilet handle. It appears they had a small child, not a surprise but housekeeping should not have missed that.

Angie at the front desk was very helpful and so polite. We arrived a little early, but she got us took care of anyways. She had a great personality when she was talking to other guests on the phone. Getting to be her guest, felt very genuine! 👍👍
