The room was super clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when we come back. I was skeptical because the price was so much cheaper than everywhere else, but 100% worth it.

The only thing I could give an opinion that I would improve is the shower head. You can't adjust it to face down lower, so if your short. It would hit you really high. I'm tall, so it wasn't bad. Other than that everything else is GREAT.

It was a nice clean hotel with swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry. Free Cereal and toast/muffin kinda breakfast.

The property was well maintained and clean and a good value. The woman that managed the property did an excellent job.

After we left Troy we drove to a Best Western in Georgia. Both place were very except driving home from Georgia we discovered bites all over our body. Don't know which hotel we contacted this problem. Both my wife n I have at least 20 bites each. I would hope you can check with each Best Western n correct the problem. Not looking for any financial gain. Just to fix the problem.

The staff were most cordial and helpful!

Noisy uncontrolled children occasionally. No ones fought but the parents!

No clean towels daily. Had to go to the front desk and get clean towels each day

Everything else was good, foods locations, facilities, and Parking enjoyed the different small city Edwardsville and surrounding City...

Room wasn't clean was told they only clean room after a five days stay, had to request clean towels.

Safety, price, quality, staff, large room layout, free breakfast and location.

Shades and walls had minor stains. Easily correctable.

Breakfast was fair. First day after COVID restrictions were lifted.

Bathroom needs up-date especially the super low toilet. Hard for people with knee or leg problems to navigate.
