The service staff are exceptional. They are helpful, friendly, and customer-service oriented. The size and the high definition of the Samsung TVs were amazing. It would be good to include a guide about food options in the area.

The lighting over the vanity could be brighter. We did not have a cushy chair in our room. I did not know that Starbucks was not operational. There are no vending machines and the gift shop was closed when I needed something. Paying for coffee in the lobby was a bit much.

It was super clean and very nice!

Specifically chose this location because it said “breakfast included”, but when we woke up the next morning the staff said that was not true. One even said, “oh does it say ‘breakfast included’ on your reservation? You still have to pay for it.” Not even the coffee was free, and we had a broken coffee maker in our room so that wasn’t the best. But everything else was fantastic

The property was inviting well maintained and cared for. The rooms are always immaculate, the beds are comfortable.and clean. Shopping was available across the street with plenty of eateries near by. The gift shop in the lobby also has a great variety of essentials. The restaurant/bar was really nice and their breakfast buffet is a family favorite. The pool/ hot tub is maintained exceptionally well with plenty of room for guests. staff ensures there are plenty of towels pool side throughout the day. There are showers to rinse off as well as restrooms for your convenience. The highlight is definitely the staff. They are all so courteous and friendly. They always go out of their way to make us feel not only welcomed but like part of a family. No doubt that if we were ever to have an issue they would make sure it would be resolved. We kind of want to keep this place a secret so it doesn’t get ruined lol but they deserve the recognition and business of anyone who is thinking of staying in Anaheim.

Everything was perfect

I loved everything about the property. Upon checking in, staff welcomed me in and answered any of my questions. The check in process was very smooth and easy to do. Upon getting to my room, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the amenities included. I did stay at this location during my Disneyland trip. Being down the street from the hotel, it was the cherry on top.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was exceptional!

Great property

We were told from a previous stay we would get complimentary breakfast buffet for our next stay and when i asked for it they said they had no clue what i was talking about, other then that its a good place and we just paid for food not a big deal i just don’t like being lied to.

Kevin Schjei the general manager and his staff absolutely blew me away! They were all top notch, professional, kind, warm, helpful, happy people! Kevin reached out to welcome us and offer us a welcome gift before we even reached the property! His personal outreach made me feel welcome to reach out to him with any and everything I might need during my family’s stay! I ended up having car trouble during my stay and he not only offered to personally reach out to a mechanic friend to help me on Sunday, he helped my family and I be able to affordably stay an additional night in our same room so that we could get our vehicle taken care of! I called the front desk with multiple various questions attempting to arrange not only my husband flying out to help fix my car, but other details pertaining to the situation, and every single staff member we came across here was just the very best! The hotel and room itself were inviting, beautiful, clean, comfortable and just as top notch as it comes! I could go on all night about this impeccable establishment and it all starts from Kevin at the top and trickles down! I would highly recommend this hotel to absolutely everybody who needs a place to stay (no matter what for) in this general area! And if anything does happen to not meet your expectation, just reach out to Kevin and I have not a single doubt he will go above and beyond to correct the situation!!!

That I can’t stay longer!

The staff at check in were exceptional. They made you feel welcome and went out of their way to meet your needs. The rooms were spacious and catered for our needs. Pamela was excellent and went out of her way when we needed some information.

The staff at the breakfast buffet. Not all staff, but dealt with Leo who rushed us for our Breakfast Voucher and tried to move us on even though they were not busy. The Breakfast selection was fine just some training in how to treat guest better would be good.

The hotel is located close to attractions in the area, as well as major highways to get to and from destinations. The hotel amenities make stays a home away from home, and the staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are well organized for a short or lengthy stay, and very comfortable for relaxing or sleeping.

There were some stains on the carpet in room 1414, the cabinet did not shut completely that contained the small refrigerator, and a towel holder near the shower was loose.

It was a very quit hotel. There is a big parking area (outdoor). The room was very spacious.

We hadn't breakfast, because the base price didn't contain the breakfast. And the breakfast was very expensive to pay it. There was microwave only on every second floor at the service room instead of every room.

They let me check in early with no hassle at all. good business. I only booked because I was going to Knotts scary farm and didn’t wanna drive all the way back home in LA. So I needed sleep before going at night. So the early check in helped me sleep so it was worth the money. I had a great knotts scary farm night because I was able to rest at this hotel.
