Disneyland’s 70th anniversary trip 🏰 Mom and I snuck away 6/18-6/22 to visit @disneyland and enjoy their 70th anniversary. This is our second trip in 2025. We stayed at The Hyatt Regency Orange County, 1.3 miles from the parks. Loved this hotel!!! * Excellent price * Best water pressure ever! * Thick walls, very quiet * Comfy mattress and loads of pillows * FULL SBUX in the lobby along with three other places to eat * Private Shuttle to/from the parks runs every 30minutes; cost is $7/day * Upscale and removed from the noisy Disney entrance * Free bottles of water (2 in the room plus a coupon when checking in for 2 more); $10 off the market; free s’mores kit * Gorgeous pool, hot tub, lounge areas with fire pits * Across from Target and tons of food options

Bathroom door opening into the bathroom made it feel a wee bit small. Not a big deal… it’s all I could come up with.

Comfortable beds, workout room

The extra cost to park a car is excessive. Honestly does not make sense to me as most people need to drive to the location and then are hit with an additional charge

The property had so many great amenities from the Starbucks in the lobby to multiple restaurants on-site. They also had a claw machine room that opened while we were there that the kids loved! Their recreation deck was also amazing though my son wished they had a regular basketball to use. The staff were so so friendly and just went over and beyond for us on our stay. We truly appreciated the service.

The room was a bit older and one of our bathroom showers was a bit wonky with slow drainage. Wished there was more lighting. Sheets and towels were clean. But overall still nice to have a 2 bed/2bath room with one being a kids bunk bed that they loved!

The location was perfect if your going to Disneyland. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were very nice especially the family room with the bunk beds. The staff was so nice and friendly. I loved that this hotel had so many things to offer here. Very beautiful hotel. They also have a shuttel bus that takes you to Disneyland. Lots of places near by if you needed anything.

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $27 per person for the breakfast buffet. That's ridiculous with a family. This should have been included in the price we payed for this hotel. And the breakfast was not even worth it. I also didn't like the fact that there's no laundry room here. No washer and dryers available when this is a very family friendly hotel. I paid almost $100 to have the hotel wash 4 items for me. Thats CRAZY! But... I was desperate.

The building itself was so beautiful and well kept up! The interior and staff were so nice. I'm an annual pass holder and I've stood up and down disney but this by far was my favorite! We did have a small hiccup where when we got back to the hotel after being at the park all day the shower would not turn into a shower! we called the front desk within 10 mins they had a maintenance guy up. He did struggle pulling the lever up but manage to do it. He said it would be replaced tomorrow but we were planning on leaving tomorrow. So we just dealt with it. But as I told the front desk that at check out they were so quick to apply a discount which shows amazing customer service! By far my favorite hotel with amazing staff who do care!

Broken shower but manageable

When I pulled up, I had about two suitcases and a heavy backpack, and was having a bit of trouble getting through the double non-automatic doors that were heavy and closed quickly. On top of that, not sure if the guys who stand outside are security and not supposed to interact with guests, but there were at least 3-5 of them, just standing around watching me struggle with my things - none of them moved an inch to help me (nor any other person as far as I can tell). What is the purpose of hiring all those really big guys if all they’re going to do is stand around? And if they’re security and not allowed to help, then the property should either hire some valets or get automatic doors.

Close, easily accessible self-parking for all the frequent trips to the car if you have kids. Martin at Front Desk was able to upgrade our room to the kids suite with a set of bunk beds for the kids on the top floor! We were able to see the Disneyland fireworks that evening from our room and our kids were so excited for the next day at Disneyland! Thanks Hyatt Regency of OC, will be staying again.

Big room, clean, great location, friendly staff. Unfortunately the room we booked was not available when we arrived so the staff gave us an upgrade and waived our onsite parking costs to make it right. We really appreciated this. Great service. We were also pleased with the Disneyland shuttle service. It was simple, easy and priced appropriately.

Front desk and any other workers in the hotel were awesome! Bell hops, shuttle drivers, starbucks, the ice cream shop, the bar. Everyone was knowledgeable, personable, and happy. Room was clean. Size was just fine. Shuttle to and from Disneyland is always on time and runs very smoothly. Will be back!

Our neighbors were up with screaming/crying kids til almost 1 am. However - the hotel did send someone up twice to try to quiet them down. Not the hotels fault our neighbors had kids up that late.
