Though there was a large power outage in our area and it was very busy in the lobby. The phone was ringing off the hook and there was only one person handling everything. Their system was down so she was doing the best she could. People were rude to her and everything, but she still smiled and did the best she could in a really bad situation for her.

There was no Wi-Fi available. Unfortunately we were in an area that is very remote and getting a signal on the cell phone was difficult. But it really sucks that the Wi-Fi was down also.

The room far exceeded my expectations , it was clean and welcoming I loved the new decor and added color in the furnishings especially the Yellow desk chair and photo picture above the bed

The rooms door needs replacing at some point , it has seen better days Some one in its past had gone at it

Quiet! Comfortable!

I registered online and was given the charge after I told them I had a dog. When I got there and was putting the original quote on my credit card, they plopped a $20 charge more for the dog!

Close to freeway, convenient to store & fast food.dog park across the street. Katlynn (front desk personnel) was quick, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding area. Enjoyed my brief conversation with her. Felt welcomed and safe here at this location. Rooms were very clean & the pool was great!!!

Stayed in rooms 151 & 156 both beds weren’t to my comfortable level. We rolled inwards in one room and the bed was rock hard in the other. LOTS OF RAILROAD MEN stayed here. There polite & friendly but a lil uncomfortable in pool area felt like all eyes on us.

Very convenient location. Very affordable. Front desk very kind and helpful. Room very clean, bed was comfortable. Will stay again in the future if my travels take me this direction.

Breakfast was perfect and service was excellent. Friendly and courteous at all times. I’m forever grateful. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with our door lock problems. We checked in late with two dogs and they gave us an end suite which made our stay comfortable. Everyone was helpful and as it was the first night of a 6 night journey, we really appreciated them.

It was really cold and windy but no one could help that.

This is a great place and I was lucky to score a room last minute while traveling. The staff was great the room was really nice, the noise level was low and the bed was comfy.

No elevator, could not get 1st floor room with last minute booking and the stairs are old and uneven was difficult to navigate with a knee injurey and luggage.

The gentleman that was taking care of the breakfast area in the morning was exceptional!! Hard working, keeping the tables clear and clean, extra friendly and cheerful, greeting guest.

Bed was very comfortable, front desk staff was the best I have seen in forever.

There was nothing that comes to mind about the facility or my stay..
