hotel receptionists are not sociable, or seem racist. Guests of European and American descent are very welcoming, but Asian and African descent are cold and unwelcoming.

From the moment I was let in the door, it was a pleasure to be there. A warm comforting atmosphere with attentive and helpful staff! Coffee available 247, cosy common area and great balcony to relax on. Multiple languages spoken by staff and great place to meet people from all over the world, I would stay again when in Los Angeles

nice living area, kitchen and balcony i like the fact that all female rooms are upstairs many plugs for charging free coffee, toasts and peanut butter plus Nutella(!) helpful and friendly staff

wifi could be improved you have to call them for check in (I don’t have a us sim that makes it difficult) koreatown is ok my bathroom was not that tidy/clean maybe because of the other girls or because they didn’t clean it so good and often maybe put a sign out front - I had some problems finding it

The Place is really nice and in very good conditions. Also the Location is cool, not far from the center. Good Toilets, good Kitchen, good resting Areas.

Ive benn travelling all around the World and stayed always on Hostels, and I have to say Its a shame a Hostel like that one has some workers so Unfriendly...especially a youg Blond German Girl. She is not only Serious like most of the German People but unrespectfull when never replying to me when I said "hello", "bye" or "good Morning". Every Hostel should have good Vibes atmosphere and make the Traveler feel like in Home..didint feel this in general.

Comfortable dorm room with clean bathroom. It was also very nice that there was a mini fridge provided in our room :)

Their staff management needs more improvement. During my stay I couldn’t find any staff when needed, it was difficult to differentiate who are the guests and or what are the staff working there.

Staff is not really friendly, They were doing some work so it was quite loud during the day. One bathroom for the room, it was always occupied in the morning and only one downstairs. Very small kitchen. The AC was ok but then some girl changed it so it was super loud and I didn’t manage to put it back and people leave AC on even though the window is open.

The price is affordable for LA, and it can be reached by public bus from LAX city center bus station (riding 2 bus lines). Small kitchen available and water dispenser in the kitchen. Check in and check out was very easy.

I found some bathrooms need a bath mat, because it was very wet after someone taking a shower. And need more cleaning in the room.

A unique place, aesthetically and essentially. I felt it when I stepped into the quiet, cozy yard landscaped with flowers over wooden benches and bubbling fountain, and was welcomed by the sounds of the piano from the living room... I love staying at hostels for their youth and adventure vibe. This one definitely has it all, but with a unique calm and spiritual essence. A very special vibe is added by the Rumi quotes on the walls, that provoke self-reflection and add a sense of acceptance and life wisdom, which contrasts beautifully with all the hustle and bustle of bursting hostel life… I think the people who built this hostel are doing a great job, and I wish them all the best!

The place was very clean, the bed was comfy, instructions to enter and on arrival were excellent. So close to great Asian food places, personal favorite of mine was Have some coffee - 5 minute walk. The Taiyaki was fabulous. Unexpected complementary breakfast was a lovely touch - bread, peanut butter or Nutella and coffee. Also very close to metro station 11 min walk.

I mean honestly I was happy with everything. It would have been nice to have more than one bathroom in the room with 6 beds but it was never an issue actually

Cobwebs in the ceiling above my head at the dining table in the kitchen as I am eating breakfast. Lots of debri and unfinished projects on the property. I was told I would be in a room with 4 beds but the room I was in had 8 beds and they were all full so 8 of us in one room was alot for me since I was told there would only be 4 of us.
