Fee for parking was not mentioned during reservation process

I loved it all!! the atmosphere the location the staff. the rooms were super nice! the pool and hot tub was great- pool could of been a little warmer. decent work out area. the food was wonderful. we stayed just before they were working on upgrading thing- must be amazing now. we stayed a week so the fact that breakfast had changed daily was WONDERFUL!! it’s horrible eating the same nasty eggs and dried biscuits for a week- not here. and the guy who oversaw breakfast was amazing and attentive. I’d stay for breakfast alone.

the parking was different. the parking garage was around the corner- but super safe. idk where you would park if you didn’t pay for the parking garage. but if you think of a full parking lot and having to park in the back I guess it’s not that different.

Easy check in, nice clean room and comfortable bed. Good, helpful staff. Nice indoor pool, small gym facility and hot tub.

A maintenance worker tried to enter my room at 8am on a Sunday. Apparently thought it was unoccupied. So that was mildly alarming. Parking was $25 per day - they accidentally charged me x4 instead of x2 but quickly fixed it at check out. Parking is not super convenient to the location, but secure & covered. Property is not really walkable to Pearl Street Mall area; although a quick drive.

Outstanding view of the mountains! Breakfast was great and the staff (young man in particular) were cheerful and over-the-top helpful. Public areas were modern and bright. Beds are comfortable. Everything very clean.

Location - not within walking distance of the Pearl Street outside mall. Parking - is a short walk but was not clear in the description. Parking was extra cost while Booking states No Hidden Fees. No microwave in the room. Noise - not concrete construction? Can hear people in other rooms too easily. No USB charging outlets in the room. Light - all hotels, but why such poor lighting at the full-length mirror? Tiny, wasteful, bottle of toiletries - just put the bulk pump on the shower wall, please.

The property seemed dated and run down. Paying to park after the high price of the hotel seemed too much for it being Boulder. walked in and seemed to inconvenience the staff by needing to check in. would probably not stay here again. I've stayed in many Hyatt Places and have previously been very pleased with them. it was a disappointment to pay over $600 for 2 nights consider the condition of the property and the unfriendly service.

this was a very nice facility. It was clean and comfortable and parking was nearby.  there is a very nice restaurant and bar almost next-door.

it was a little farther than I thought from the main shopping district on Pearl Street.  I didn’t want to walk about a half hour in unpredictable weather.

The room was very clean and I was able to obtain a late check out. I left early morning to work and came back to use the wifi and finish packing.

That I could not extend another night as the rooms were full - However, they still showed a room available when I was searching on line?

Very large room with a sectional couch as well. Very large bathroom with a great shower with closing glass doors. Quiet location and very friendly staff.

The location is not walking distance to downtown Pearl street. It could be a bit challenging to find a parking space in the near by streets at night, and it is $20 to park at the hotel.

The breakfast was great. Lots of variety. My room was wonderful and so much larger than expected. The bed was so comfortable. Very friendly staff and helpful.

The parking was a little challenging. I use a walker and it was a little hard for me. The bathtub did not have a mat or strips to prevent slipping. I slipped but was able to catch myself and not fall.

The breakfast staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable throughout the entire stay. I will say that the separate parking garage was slightly inconvenient since there was a daily fee to use it in addition to the room, but it wasn't any terrible inconvenience.

I don't know that there was anything we didn't like with the hotel. Again, the parking wasn't ideal but it was nice that it was a secure and enclosed parking environment.
