We enjoyed the billiards table in the lounge. We used the fitness center which featured high-quality equipment. We used the underground parking garage. The room was comfortable and we were happy to see we had HGTV channel.

Do not trust that bartender. You will be OK if you are very specific about what you order. I was happy with my Ketel One martini, clean and dry with a lemon twist. I was not happy with the whiskey sour - he used lemon juice without simple syrup - a bit too sour! I was surprised when he served my Manhattan over a whiskey ice ball. I could have specified "up" and we'd be just fine. Lesson learned.

Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, modern, updated rooms. Hotel is also in a great location. Staff was good - speedy check in and check out. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room fresh, even during covid. Shower had good water pressure, and mini fridge kept food cold. We had the mountain view, and it was gorgeous. Was most impressed with the cleanliness of the room - one of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in before. The tv was also good with lots of channels and option for netflix.

I was very satisfied with my stay, but I would say that I didn't like paying for parking every night. I feel like that should be free, considering how much the room costs. Other than that, the bed was a little hard for my liking, but it was still fine. Overall, everything was great though, so I don't have too much to complain about. :)

OUTSTANDING!!! Everything was great...location to comfort! Even had a bar to put your foot on, while shaving my legs!! Now, that makes me happy!

Had to pay for parking in the basement. Did not realize we could have parked in the parking lot in front of the front doors, since it was not busy.

It is a beautiful room and very nice sicez with big windows. It was situated very near several very good eateries. The Buff across the parking lot is a great breakfast place and IHOP and Flat Iron Coffee shop is around the corner if you want quick less expenssive breakfast. It is a short drive to good hiking as well.

I had requested that they service the room during my stay and despite a reminder, my room was never serviced. The management removed 20.00 from are total. I never had this issue onprevious visits to this property

I liked the location, in the middle of everything and walkable to most places. Great spot

The reformulation on the main entrance is a bit uncomfortable for the guests but the hotel is very good

Great location just off Canyon Blvd. Room was very clean and had great view of the the Flatirons.

Renovation construction at ground level made initial access awkward.

The location was great when I booked I thought I booked a room with a view and ended up looking at a parking lot ! Other than that the room was adequate .

Quit charging for parking the rooms cost enough without adding all these additional costs. Having the kitchen closed was terrible after seeing the advertisement on booking.com It's almost like false advertising.

I thought the price to spend one night was unbelievably expensive. I think after spending so much to spend one night you should not charge for parking!

Bed was hard and pillows too squishy. Felt like you were sleeping on a concrete slab 🤣
