This was a continued stay at the property visiting Boulder. I was moved to the upstairs 2nd-floor corner room 218 after facing hiccups the first night at the property. What I liked was Nan immediately accommodated the change the following day morning even though there was no communication from the prior night. The property is safe and secured and recommended for students and traveling guests. The room came with a view of the track field, and privacy and was well-cleaned. The bathroom and shower were well in place and worked! Thank you, Paramita
Communication issues. Recommend that every shift the staff hands off with a written sheet or log stating each room guest request stating the issues and needs to the next day opening manager. This would help them fix the redundancy and also replenish the supplies, which include toiletries, snacks, and water. Daily Room cleaning: The property does not offer room cleaning service and again they do not communicate at the time of check-in. My room was not cleaned during my stay which I came to know about this policy. However, the Manager on site (she) personally came to my room and replenished me with fresh towels. Thank you, Paramita

Excellent location, walking distance from downtown, the Pearl street mall, the CU Boulder campus and a number of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a Walgreens... Even though right on Broadway, the room was very quiet and I had no issues with noise during the night (the matress was very comfortable). Plenty of parking space. Strong high-speed wifi signal. Good size desk (I had to work quite a bit during my stay) and refrigerator (quite practical considering that no breakfast is offered). Microwave oven and coffee maker (with some coffee) available but I didn't use them so I can't tell anything about them. Everything in the room was in good condition (except partly the A/C - see comment below)
The A/C did its job but would need some servicing: settings like 'low/medium/high' or 'sleep' were seemingly not working and the fins (which direct the air flow) were broken. But as I said, it did its job and kept the room cool during a very hot Boulder summer week. Hand soap and shower gel bottles empty or nearly empty (and definitely empty by the end of my stay there). My towels weren't changed and my bed was not made during my stay, which was ok for me but, I suppose, I could have been told. I found the price a bit high, but I suppose that Boulder is very popular in the summer.

This place was all about the location and price. We had a need to be at the university and I wanted my kid to be able to come and go freely and check out various parts of university for a couple days while I sat in the room and worked. The Wi-Fi was good. Coffee and hot water available all day in the office and a short walk from all sorts of food and drink.
Being right on the street of a major avenue and Denver's, love to use their sirens. Anytime they pulled out of the station, it was a little noisy, although I was not kept up all night with sound. I found it very easy to work, and do meetings from the room all day.

The staff was super accommodating and very reasonable. The front desk guy helped us find a rollaway bed and new soap and discounted us because I thought I booked 2 queens but instead, we booked 1 king for the 4 of us. He was really great about showing us the room and making sure we were ok with the price. The location was perfect for our plans that weekend!
The TVs probably need some updating and the decor is a little old. We wish the pool would have been open later and perhaps a hot tub. But overall, it was a good experience.

The shower was so hot and perfect for a chill I had. The bed pillows and sheets cozy. A microwave and fridge - perfect. Its location is primo - walkable to cu just up a short hill and into the heart of town …which is where it is located . The view to the hills at sunset is magnificent -
The pee sheet beneath the normal sheet but I understand as not all guests are kind to beds… I just folded mine over as it makes me sweat to be on anything synthetic.

Location of motel was great as it was close to hiking trails near the Flat Irons, Pearl Street bars, restaurants and cafes. Our room was large and comfortable with a view of the green playing field near Boulder Creek. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were warm and welcoming and did their best to answer questions and make our stay enjoyable. All in all we were very happy during our 3-day stay and would stay here when we return to Boulder.

Very good location, ten minutes walk from main streets downtown, and short walk to the unviersity. The room was comfy but small.
I had not realised it is a motel. no guest facilities, no breakfast or lounge. It is also right on a main road so traffic noise in the morning (but not during the night). The heater was temperamental and did not seem to be working properly. I don't think they offered to do house keeping in the day - nobody knocked or offered.

$300/ night is a lot for this basic motel BUT it is on the low end of the market for the area during move in week at CU. the room and sheets were clean, staff was friendly , location was excellent. we were comfy there for 5 days
bathroom sink faucet ran only hot; the pool was murky, but i still swam everyday; a few ne’er do well looking “employees” on the property smoking made me nervous at first — like it was a residence hotel. but they were all so nice and friendly, i got over my snobbish nerves quickly.

Was there a breakfast i was not told about? The auto-generated question asked if i liked the breakfast? Anyway, I loved the hot water. Plenty of clean towels. 24 hour staff was very helpful
Water pressure could be better. Also, a few of the towels had some stains on them, but nothing too concerning.

The Inn is similar to a motel rather hotel within easy walking distance of Pearl Street, the park and teahouse. Great little coffee shop 1 min walk away to have a mountain view coffee. Although the Inn is located next to a busy road I wasnt disturbed at all. The room was large on the ground floor, clean comfortable bed and great walk in shower
Seemed a little expensive for what you get but it was a Friday night in June.
