The hotel is Ok for the money.

Rooms not quite clean.had broken ceiling in the room so had to ask to change the room. Thin walls so could hear the neighbors. The locatio is Ok if all you need is to stay for the night, there is nothing around, just McDonalds across the street. Breakfast was Ok. Fast easy check in check out

paid extra for handicapped room and it had a regular tub . they had grab bars and a plastic shower chair but I was unable to climb into the tub (the side was too high) so i paid extra money and was unable to shower for 3 days. Gross

the facilities were very clean and room fairly new looking. all appliances worked well and the shower had great pressure. it is evident the manager of the hotel truly cares. breakfast was above other BW i have stayed at.

towels a little small and thin, also quite rough.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Having a shower instead of a tub was nice.

There was a room next to me that said staff only. I was awoke at 1:30am by a loud tv from that room that went on for over an hour. I called the front desk three times with no answer.

Breakfast was fresh, a variety of foods, conveniently located. 2nd day of stay some items weren't stocked though. (green tea and cereal bowls.) Our room was nice and close to the lobby, great advantage with a 4 year old in tow.

When we checked in, the two girls working were AMAZING!! Very friendly, helpful and pleasant. They handled a hotel filled with wrestlers extremely well! I am extremely impressed with how well they handled breakfast. The manager even started breakfast early to accommodate the wrestlers.

It would have been nice to get the same rate as the team but still worth the money just in the experience with the staff.

Easy check in

No TV night of checkin. All but 3 or 4 (undesirable) channels were not avaailbe. Screen said 'No signal'. A couple of channels seemed to tune in but froze. Calls to desk (0) went unanswered. TV seemed to be OK the next morning.

there could have been a list of local resturants and things to do in the area.

Easy check-in and out. Breakfast was good. Nice and quiet.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit too much. I've never had water come out so fast that it hurt. Plus the sink got clogged.

Breakfast was good and kept the area clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The hair dryer didn’t work.
