I love superior room set up.. Very comfortable to get work fone
The early morning front desk woman was very rude and un accommodating for paying customer. A simple issue she made too personal. Very unprofessional. But issue was resolve by higher ups.

I realize it was a very busy college graduation week-end, but I really needed a small coffee pot and was told several times it wasn’t possible - despite paying $300 for the room my first night. Same with a hairdryer.

This motel- like hotel is less than 5 minutes from I86 outside Binghamton. Rooms either face parking or the courtyard. They are small rooms with a TV, tall dresser, desk and bed with side shelves. The sink is in the room with a shelf with hangers and a separate small bathroom. Staff are friendly here and free coffee is provided in the lobby. For those with dogs, not having a shared hallway works well. The large heat/ac provides ample white noise. For the cheap price it exceeds expectations.
The door had been kicked in and was hard to open.

The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. TV remote needed batteries, which we got the 2nd day. Still couldn't watch TV, remote didn't work.

Lobby was open and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a trailer and a puppy. They put me in a room that was convenient to dog area and where I had to park with my trailer. This Red Roof Inn was the nicest I have been in.
No refrigerator in room and TV was extremely hard to navigate through.

Location, being close to food and the mall was a plus.
You get what you pay for. It was okay for 1 night but I wouldn’t stay longer than that. Very outdated and people hanging around all times of the night.
