Clean and comfortable room. In a very convenient location with places to go for food and supplies very close by. Their breakfast was decent, I mainly stuck to the waffles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Really liked this hotel, and would use it again if I am up in the area.

Room was a little dark, wasn't a problem for me, but my partner wished it was a little brighter in the room. Wasn't any tissues in the bathroom, but wasn't a big deal either since we kept forgetting to ask, so wasn't that important. There was a stain on the bedsheet, but it looked like it was just something that had been cleaned but still left a mark, it was also not near by where either of us slept, so I wasn't too worried about it.

Location to family

The bed was quite low and uncomfortable; my husband and I dealt with (and still are) lower back pain. We have stayed in other hotels with handicapped accessible rooms where the beds are a little higher with better quality mattresses; perhaps due to the fact they also have box springs which helps rise the bed up. While the toilet seat was clean, behind the seat/lid was not, as well as the floor around it as there were a few small pieces of toilet paper around the base of it on the floor. I always bring Clorox wipes and a can of Lysol disinfectant spray whenever we travel and I’m glad I do because I sprayed the toilet itself and around the base and floor.

The breakfast was adequate. Nothing particularly special but enough variety to satisfy. The best thing for us is that the hotel is very close to the highway AND very quiet. And we were there on New Year's Eve. This is a value for the dollar location. The staff was confident to ask us if we needed anything or how we were doing. Our previous hotel was bad enough the staff didn't even ask... We would stay in this facility again.

I like more water pressure in the shower, though I rush to add that the shower has been updated and is beautiful. Heinz ketchup, ESPECIALLY when you're near Pittsburgh, is non-negotiable! ----- oh these are tiny "complaints" :-)

I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. Everything was very comfortable.

I stayed on the third floor, right outside the elevators about 9:00 PM. There were teenage kids running up and down the hall yelling and laughing for at least a half hour. Now I understand there was some kind of a hockey team there maybe and it’s hard to keep them quiet , but still it was disruptive to my Time in my room.

Location was perfect. Within 12 minutes of our family, only a 25 minute easy drive into Pittsburgh, close to shopping and very easy to get onto the highway that we needed. Coffee was very good. Exercise facility was spotless and well equipped. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The BEST part was the quiet time in the evenings. The young woman at check in was very helpful and even came out to make sure we had a luggage cart. The young man at the desk offered a snack or water when I came to report someone's car alarm was going off. The bathroom was huge, bright and clean. The housekeepers in the hall way asked if there was anything extra that we needed. Breakfast had everything we needed/wanted. What a cheerful place overall. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pleasantly surprised. First time in a Best Western and will continue to explore them in other cities.

Breakfast was typical for a free hotel offering. They need a second waffle iron. They need to arrange things differently for a better flow for example the plates, napkins and cutlery should be at the front of the line and not in the back corner

Conveniently located off I-79. Only 30 minutes or less outside Pittsburgh. Near many stores and restaurants. Great breakfast! Coffee/hot cocoa/tea available 24/7. Facilities and room very clean. Beds comfy. Great quality toiletries.

We only had 4 towels in our room for 5 people…minor inconvenience. But not enough to give a lower score

I liked the easy access to amenities offered at the hotel. The location is great and the view at night is spectacular.

Breakfast time should be more easily accessible in terms of where to find the time on the hotel website or somewhere in the hotel room. Night staff at the desk should be more personable and approachable.

The location is so close to shopping, restaurants and turnpike.

Breakfast. When will hotels start servings things that taste more like real food for breakfast, and coffee from other than a push button machine. Amazing how they get the bacon to be so paper thin (there was no sausage). I saw a little fruit too.

Breakfast was delicious! Alot of variety! Loved the location! So many places to shop and dine within minutes of the hotel! Also 20 minutes away from Downtown Pittsburgh and about 25 minutes from the Pittsburgh Zoo! so easy to travel as it is near the major highway but tucked in and hear next to no noise! Our family loved how clean and cozy this place was! Complimentary 24 hour drink station was also a nice perk! Will definitely be back!!! Staff was very friendly!!!

The only small issue we had was our room wasnt ready when we arrived at 4pm when checkin starts at 3pm! But the matter was resolved!
