Breakfast options. Different meat every morning. No grits, gross cereal options, no good juice options

The staff were very helpful, when I requested a change of room, they provided one immediately and apologised for any inconvenience The breakfast was hot with varying options. Quite a delight in the morning

Front desk staff were very courteous and accommodating. The host at morning breakfast was friendly as well as she greeted me with a smile each morning. She kept the breakfast area nice and clean and the food was hot.. My room was nice and clean and QUIET for the most oart. I loved everything about my 3 day stay here.

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was so nice and clean& we enjoyed the breakfast during our stay it was very good. Just a nice clean place to stay and wake up to a hot delicious breakfast.

Serving grits sometimes with your breakfast would be nice- but we still enjoy the bre

The breakfast and coffee was great. I loved the location of the hotel. There several restaurants near by and we were just minutes from the Galleria mall.

There was a roach in one of our rooms. One of the front desk people was rude at first and we couldn’t understand his heavy accent.

Room key wasn't working... supposedly your phone can't be near the room key. I never had a problem like this with any other hotels I've stayed at. Tired of walking all the way around to hotel just to get in my room.

I love the thank you Ms Jackie, front desk, gave as we departed. She gave a very warm good bye and come back to see us. Her thank you was very genuine, sweet, honest, and heart feeling. We have never had anyone to greet us with such kindness, and the prayer of safe travels took me over. I would stay again as long as Ms Jackie works there. I was so full of laugher with the treat she had given us, a choose of different lollipops!!! I think that’s what brightens the entire stay. We thank her dearly!

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient, and the hot breakfast exceeded our expectations! Such an amazing value. We had a better stay here than many of the more expensive hotels we've stayed at.

everything great from the staff clean breakfasts and every things we studied more than 2 weeks such a great time !! all girls and men who’s working in the reception super friendly and lovely !! definitely we will back and stay again.
