This is a non-smoking hotel, which we loved. The staff at the reception (Arthur) was very kind and attentive, he made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The bathroom had a strong shower and good quality hair dryer. Our stay was pleasant. The hotel is very close to Avenida Paulista and close to the metro. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel or used other amenities there, so we cannot rate them. We had a car rental and parked our car in the hotel parking using their valet service.

There was nothing that was really an issue for us. But the lights in the bedroom could be better, it was a bit too dark for our taste.

Facilities and furnitures are so old. The bedsheets & pillow cases were from 2013 (got the info from the date written on the tag inside of the pillows) and they were literally turned grey because of over washing. It is visible that the white plastic parts in the bathroom turned yellow over the years..

I forgot the name of the gentleman who served me at the front desk, but he was super kind. He brought my luggage, although they do not offer concierge services. He came to my room to help and explain everything to me. During my stay, he said hello and was very professional.

The lady at the reception was not friendly and quite dry and rude. Maybe she needs more customer service training.

Location is quote good. Great breakfast. Room square is quote good and nice bathroom. In general it is a a good hotel for a short stay like I did.

Could be that the hotel seems very used aspect, some kind of refresh on furnitures would be okey. Also lack of swimming pool could be negatibe.

Excellent location and lovely breakfast. Would certainly stay here again if I ever visit Sao Paulo in the future
