It was a lovely Hotel well run very clean and had everything you needed The staff was exceptional and the free shuttle was an extra convenience. My pickup driver spoke very good English as I unfortunately did not speak Spanish. All of this made me feel welcomed. Also while I had an early morning flight the front desk had coffee and tea and fruit as well as fruit bread that day starting at 2 am. This was most exceptional because usually there is nothing available till 5 am at many Hotels I have stayed at. The restaurant was also preparing amazing meals while I was having a, quick bite to eat. 10 out of 10 for sure

Absolutely nothing to complain about

the property was lovely and clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was great, it was in a safe area with access to bars and cafes and not to far from a lovely park, the staff were really helpful and friendly

my hairdryer didn’t work but it was replaced on my last day, the room taxes were expensive and unexpected. I was supposed to be in a superior room with a king bed but they said as they were busy they had put me in a double room. there was no minibar as described and the rooms were not soundproofed as described

Staff was wonderful, room was clean, and breakfast was excellent. Most of our fellow cruise passengers stayed across the street at the Marriott, but this was fabulous and was much more reasonably priced.

Very good in all main parameters. Great location, complete and very nice breakfast, spacey clean room and bathroom, comfy bed. Responsive service and good looking hotel.

Two things but not majority ones: gym provides only the basic machines and the breakfast until 9.30 (instead of 10.00)

When the last day, the hotel to airport, forgot to take the receipt from the driver who arranged by hotel.

Breakfast is held in a very cold room with limited choice. After more than couple of days of stay, it really becomes redundant.

Everything in general. Front desk and restaurant people were very helpful and kind.

I think they need to offer a good resturant, and room fridge with beberages and snacks. Also a coffe machine at room.
