Hygiene: tiles in shower had something stick on them, hairdryer was very dusty, napkin containers were very dirty, linens had stains on them. During breakfast we noticed that the tables were not cleaned properly after a guest left the table, plate mats were shaken and put again on the table disgusting.

I was expecting a high level of hygiene considering the amount we paid. The carpet is old , not clean . The toilet is not clean as per 6 star standard. The towels are overused.

The hotel is beautiful and the customer service is wonderful! We had a nice view of the Nile River from our balcony. It’s very noisy outside so we didn’t enjoy our balcony much, but the room was sound proofed well because once we closed the sliding door we couldn’t hear any of the noise. The bathroom was clean and the bed was a little more on the firm side but still very comfortable for us. The breakfast was amazing! A full buffet with a chef to prepare omelettes, waffles, etc. Multiple options to choose from including gluten free. The food from in room private dining was also good even though the burger never came with the egg or bacon mentioned in the menu. The ATMs on site were able to process our foreign currency exchange which was convenient.

Our room wasn’t ready during normal checkin hours so we had to wait in the lounge area. The room was pretty small. We had in room private dining and it was a tight fit for both of us to try and eat at the table. There was no iron or iron board in the room. The wifi is slow, however this may be a Cairo thing in general. We kept getting knocks at our door to check on us which was nice, but a bit too much. The TV channels only had a few options in English.

I highly recommend Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo for an exceptional stay experience. Location: The hotel is ideally situated with a prime location overlooking the Nile River, offering guests stunning views and easy access to the city’s key attractions. Service: The staff was outstanding—warm, supportive, and attentive. From the front desk to the coffee shop and concierge team, every member provided top-tier service, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms: While my room was somewhat smaller than expected, it was well-maintained, with clean, comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms, ensuring a restful environment. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, deserving a solid 4 out of 5 stars. While everything was flavorful, a few hot items could have been warmer. The serving team, however, was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. Additional Observations: Although the lobby didn’t have the expansive luxury found in other nearby hotels, this was only a minor aspect and did not detract from my stay. I also appreciated the team’s daily follow-ups to ensure our comfort, which truly showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, Kempinski Nile Hotel left a remarkable impression, offering excellent value, attentive service, and a memorable stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Cairo.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Kempinski Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and provided us with a stunning view of the Nile. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with every member of the staff going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Although we encountered a small issue during our stay, it was resolved immediately by the attentive staff, which only added to our positive impression. The food at The Blue Restaurant was a highlight of our trip—delicious Mediterranean cuisine prepared to the highest standards. Each dish was a culinary delight, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. We also want to extend our gratitude to the concierge, reception, and housekeeping teams, who were all incredibly professional and always greeted us with the famous Egyptian welcoming smile. A special mention goes to Khamis at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His efforts truly made a difference in our experience. The Kempinski Nile Hotel is a wonderful oasis, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return in the future. The staff, the hotel the food and the facilities are exquisite. I love the rooftop pool and spa. All of the staff are so welcoming and can't do enough. I feel safe and well looked after when I stay at Kempinski. The food is superb 👌 the staff are amazing, especially the house keeping guys like Emad and Kaliffe just to name two of these amazing staff. Nothing too much. You comfort and enjoyment is their priority. I love Kempinski and its staff. Can't wait to return.

The room was spacious and clean, all the staff we met were helpful, kind and well trained. Rooftop pool is small, but great! 8 sunbeds hardly enough for the whole guests needs, but we were lucky to get 2. Great staff there too! Their chef is exceptional, everything we tasted on dinner and breakfast was perfectly prepared.

Although the hotel opened in 2010, the nile junior suite and the guest areas look like any European hotel in 1990. You can see its charm, but far from other, better maintained Kempinskis. The reception area is the most depressing part of the hotel, I feel sorry for their employees too.

I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, and situated in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Their warm hospitality and eagerness to assist with anything I needed went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great services.

The location and the view of the hotel to the Nile was amazing. The staff was great, Moussa was super helpful from before the check in until after checkout.

View from my room was not very good, room service food, and internet speed.

We stayed in the madina suite which was Beautifully done up and spacious and clean. The Nile view from the rooftop was beautiful too. The breakfast was fabulous, delicious and with a lot of variety. The staff was helpful at all times, especially the concierge who arranged for our visits to the Cairo museum and Giza. The guide for the tours was Mr Ahmed who was really knowledgeable and answered all our curious questions patiently. All in all good stay 😊😊

The hotel had kept a golden retriever as a sniffer dog to check incoming vehicles, but the dog wasn't well nourished or well groomed. They made him sit in a small little cage in the extreme heat. I'm sure better and more humane conditions can be ensured for the dog.
