The location was great for the train station, bus and A line tram. Our room was very quiet, the air-conditioning worked well. There is a grocery store and a laundromat within close walking distance. We opted for the breakfast, and it was excellent. Very nice to get a good cup of tea. The staff at the front desk were very helpful.

The room was a "comfort "room, which ment it was slightly bigger, and had a bigger bathroom. There would have been ample room for a queen or even a king bed, but there was only a double bed. The mattress wasn't very comfortable either. The bed is the most important part of a hotel, and it should be the very best that can be provided. Also, the previous guests had been smoking, and the room reeked of cigarettes when we first went in. There needs to be signs in the room reminding guests of no smoking.

Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious, clean and cool. The air-con kept the room cool which is ideal for a city break in the summer. Bathroom adequate with good shower. The hotel is in a prime location right in the heart of centre Orléans. We had breakfast and dinner and both were delicious, good choices and value for money. We were treated with the upmost care, respect and consideration by the staff at all times. Due to circumstances we ended up extending our original stay and this was dealt with very efficiently. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend.

Typical IBIS, you know what to expect. Good breakfast, secure parking on site and right next to the inner ring road so short walk to the Statue of Joan of Arc

The carpark was a bit tricky on motorcycles with two barriers and only steps up two flights from the car park to the hotel (no direct access). You couldn't have done a drop and park as there was nowhere to park outside the hotel at all. I am sure disabled people would struggle.

Great hotel, very friendly receptionists, and a great secured parking with two gates and security code, which was exactly what we needed while travelling in our car. The room was tidy and the bed was cosy. The only thing I’d add is a kettle and some tea in the room, but in general everything was brilliant, thank you!

It offered what we expected although there wasn’t the best selection left considering it didn’t close for another 50 minutes - we think a coach party had had their breakfasts before us! The coffee was very good!

We were surprised at how small the bathroom was - I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are very tall or broad in the shoulders - the bathroom is very narrow and you have to be careful not to bump your head when using the toilet - it was very clean!

Nice hotel with pretty big rooms for the small price we paid. Walking distance from the beautiful city centre of Orléans for a smaller price since it was just outside of the beltway around Orleans. Comfortable beds.

The bathroom was very tiny and the shower wasn't intirely watertight, so the floor was a bit wet after showering.

About 10-15 minutes from the town centre, the hotel is in a side street. Car parking (8 euros a day) is a bit limited so do book it beforehand. The rooms are very Ibisy so no surprises. Good air-con and a big bathroom. Good friendly staff.

The bed was small and low down. Breakfast was very fresh and fine. Bit more of a cooked breakfast would help.

It was located 10 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes walk from the centre of the old city. It had lovely big window, the beds were comfortable and a lift to our floor. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom was tiny and the carpets in the corridors looked grubby.

Close to the city centre, with on street parking (certainly at weekends) and a lively vibe in the hotel which makes it a fun place to stay. The rooms are well laid out and have all you need for your stay and the team working there are great at helping you get checked in quickly and ensuring you make the most of your stay in their city.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic but although the breakfast area was busy it was possible to find a quite spot in the lounge area to enjoy the food on offer. I did stay there at a weekend so other days may be less busy!

No problem with late arrival, prompt check in, the hotel is convenient to reach from downtown. Clean and comfortable room and decent breakfast.

The decoration of the breakfast room is not my preferred style, but interesting
