Great location. Rental car company in Lobby and another across the street. Taxi stand is also across the street. Asian dinner was great - good showmanship as well as food.

Not everyone in our party had good A/C. We stayed in a ground level unit, but heard a lot of fellow visitors complaining about their second floor units (smell of the thatch roof, heat, misc.). Request ground floor well in advance and hold them to it.

Clean, great community spaces, nice beach, great staff and the food was good to very good. Would be great for young families. Nice smaller sized resort felt more relaxing and authentic.

We were across from the stage and close to the disco so it was pretty loud at times. We heard the disco at night but we had our phones on white noise so it was ok. The workout room is very small and does not have a good selection of equipment. Sometimes the music by the pool was blaring.

Nice hotel for the kids. They enjoyed the kids pool area! During our stay there were always lounge chairs available, the pools were always clean. The beach area was nice. Did not see any seaweed in Cozumel. It’s a smaller resort for families! All in all our stay was relaxing! If you want to party it’s not a good spot for you. There is a club open until I believe 2am but was almost empty the days we were there. One of the days we went there were about 20 people so it was better!

It was super hot at the buffet while you eat, but whatever, we survived! Drinks can have more alcohol!!! I think it’s better if you bring your own metal cup and ask them to put more alcohol in the cup.

The property is clean. They provide snacks in between meals. They provide three course meals during the day for the likes of kids and adults. They have entertainment for adults as well as children. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Spa, scuba diving. Hair braiding, tennis courts, night club are all at the hotel.

The only down side is that the restaurant for lunch and dinner is a bit warm. I felt bad for the cooks who were frying things. Maybe putting fans for them, would be nice.

We like the fact that there was a show to go see. "Arby" was very entertaining and professional and the showtime events were great. We like it , because we did not want to go to town as most of the places are geared towards drinking alcohal. We don't drink. The entire sport directors of events and sporting games was really fun. The gardeners were very skilled and courteous to guest. The grounds were really well maintained. ALL the STAFF was excellent and friendly as well as willing to help. Our housekeeper was the BEST. She was always patient. We made sure we tipped well with most of the staff we encountered.

The food! It was below my standards. Some of it I could not make out what it was. I know the staff worked hard to keep items out and cleaned up after several sloppy guest. I love Mexican food. But everything was covered in sauces of some type or gravy. Even the hamburger had the texture of Oscar Meyer Bologna. This was our 2nd time there. I would have preferred to eat at the restaurants there. We are not drinkers either. So the open bar was not an added bonus for us. We would like to return, but the whole idea of the food was the worst part. If we could delete that out of the whole stay I would rather go eat somewhere else.

This property is a nice small size and has a lovely beach and proximity to anything you want in Cozumel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very nice. I enjoyed the evening shows, and the hard-working entertainment staff. I particularly recommend the Teppanyaki restaurant.

This is an all inclusive resort, and while the reservations-only restaurants are very good, the food on the buffets is not great. Anything cooked fresh on a grill line is usually a better choice than the trays on the buffet. Plenty of salads and fruit to choose from as well. I felt it was a good value, if you're not a food snob.

Loved the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Everyone had a smile on their face when talking to them. The grounds, the rooms and the pools were all kept very clean. Plenty of food options and drinks were always available. The tour guys in the lobby were very helpful as well. HIGHLY recommend using the car/scooter rental shop across the street from this resort.

The “cash only” upgrade to premium was a scam. No reason to upgrade to premium level but the receptionist made us believe we would not get access to the beach or to the pools if we did not give her a large sum of cash at check in.

Everything about the hotel was great! The pool at the right temperature, the beach is perfect (although it doesn’t haven sun umbrellas it has palm trees that cover almost 100% of the sun beds). The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My brother got ill and everyone helped, the chef made us special food, the staff took it to our room and everyone was always asking about him. (For no extra charge). Also I lost a dress at the swimming pool, and after maybe 10 minutes talking with a receptionist I had my dress back.

The only thing that is not perfect is the food, it hasn’t that many options, for diabetic and allergic people. Also it hasn’t food 24 hours, from 10:30 till 12:30 and from 17:00 till 18:00 it doesn’t have any food available.

We had a great time at this resort, had lots of good food and entertainment. The facilities are great and rooms are new and comfortable. Loved the hammock on the patio. A special thank to Arbey and the entertainment team, who really try to please all guests and provide great options for kids and adults. The beach, despite few seaweed (nothing compared to what happens in the main cost), was stunning. We were positively surprised by the food. Exceeded expectations (Tacos night was amaaazing). Staff was also super nice and always smiling :)

The building unit we were in had some small noise issue with the AC system, apparently a pipe was rattling and not fully connected. The hotel immediately sent a technician who was helpful. The hotel has a kiosk for trips. We booked one and were relatively satisfied, even though the tour was not 100% what it was supposed to be (skipped a location). There are many tours operators in the island, so check online all alternatives

Great place to relax. Beautiful beach and pools and everything you need there. The room was really nice too with AC and fan as well. The personal was also super friendly and the Asian restaurant dinner was amazing!

The only thing I could complain about were the quality of the drinks (complex cocktails weren't really good, all the rest was good) and that the music was a bit loud on the beach.
