This hotel is well placed next to El Corte Ingles, the department store, and a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. The room we had was clean and spacious with the added bonus of a coffee machine and kettle. Lovely big walk in shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast was varied with both cold and hot food on offer. There was also an underground car park which was a big bonus as parking seems to be difficult on the streets nearby. Altogether, a very good place to stay.

Although there was a coffee machine and a kettle, there was no black (breakfast) tea on offer, only green and red. The car parking spaces were very tight and often next to large columns.

Room was large and new. It was quiet for sleeping.

The air conditioning did not work. There were windows to open for fresh air from the adjacent courtyard but the people below us were smoking and it wafted into our room so we had the close the window. The bathroom clean and new but the water temperature was so hot that the shower was was not comfortable.

Really lovely welcome from the very professional Reception staff. Loved the room layout and the bed was very comfortable, with the best pillows I've experienced in a hotel.

No tea/coffee making facility (would really make for a much better experience) and price of drinks in mini bar. 24 euros for parking, although 6 euro cheaper than other option around the corner. Cheaper to get free parking a bit further away and get taxi.

We only stayed for one night on our way somewhere else, but it was definitely worth it. We often stay at Sercotel Hoteles so we were not disappointed. The lady at the reception was really friendly and gave us a lot of information so our short stay. The location could not be better as it is close to everything you need to see. We walked around the area and also the bold part of town within minutes.

Nothing really. Sercotel Hoteles is a brand we like and try to stay with them whenever we can.

The location is excellent: many cafes, restaurants, and even a large department store. Also, there are several museums highlighting the amazing culture and history of Murcia. (To our surprise they were free.) A lovely park with beautiful flowers and a cafe is a hop away. The city's food is delicious. The people from Murcia are incredibly friendly.

The hotel didn't have enough towels. Upon arrival we were exhausted and would have enjoyed a tea in our room; however, there wasn't even a way to boil water.

Great breakfast, lots of options of fruit juices and things to eat. Pleasant, helpful staff. Good size bathroom with room to put our own stuff; good pressure shower with constant temperature. The location was excellent to explore the town on foot. We took a taxi from the railway station to the hotel, as it was in the other side of river, not near the hotel. Having El Corte Ingles Department Store next to the hotel was a bonus.

The room was a bit warm for us. We tried to put the temperature down but it did not work. It was possible to open the window, so we did that and the room cooled down. The restaurant starts serving dinner at 8pm and this is too late for Northern Europeans who usually like to have dinner between 5 and 6:30pm. It would be good to be able to eat earlier in the hotel restaurant.

Good central location with parking on site. Easy walking distance to everything, El Corte Ingles next to hotel. Rooms were good size. Everything was spotlessly clean.

We had to change rooms due to noise from work being carried out on floor above, I don’t think we should have been given that room knowing how loud it was but reception did change the room. Breakfast although on till 11am by 10.30am the hot foods were not replenished despite being asked by ourselves and many other guests, we waited but gave up when it didn’t come.

I used to stop in this hotel when it was nh. Now that its the sercotel they have renovated it to a beautiful standard and have meals in reception which is very good anyone who likes quiet location this is the place to stay, plenty things around the hotel and has it's own parking.

Had to pay 6 euros for 2 very small bottles of water which is unusual for Spain.

The bed was small and very hard very uncomfortable. We had room service we were too tiered to go out they did not get the salad right wrong type of lettuce no Avocado on my salad. The hot breakfast which looked lovely but it was cold you had to put the bread through the toaster 3 times to get toast

The location is excellent. Probably the best.The room with the park view and the bathroom were clean and beautiful. The twin beds were so comfortable and clean. Next time, we'd like to try dinner im the hotel restaurant. We really enjoyed the stay. We highly recommend staying at Sercotel Amistad Murcia.

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.
